These containers are so much better than the bags. I don't have to worry about how uses i can get out of these! I don't have the time to "count" the time line. I realy like these box's! They have saved me so much $$$ I would like to see a larger set with bigger containers. Or being able to buy some extra large containers. I buy in bulk and i need larger box's!! Other than that there GREAT!!! Saved me allor of $$$ right now.

I bought the green bags and was terribly disappointed because they didn't work. The same was true with the green boxes. These products did not work and in fact made the food spoil faster than if I'd used a plain bowl with a cover or foil. I was able to send them back before the 30 day deadline and will not recommend them to ANYONE. Do not believe what you see. This is a bad product.

I was excited cuz I wanted a way to keep fruit fresh if I bought it in bulk. This product did not work, especially with counter top items like tomatoes. In 24 hours, tomatoes that were perfectly good when I put them in the box had to be thrown away due to rotting. Strawberries rotted faster than if I had kept them in their original ventilated plastic store box. the only thing that stayed fresher longer was blueberries;got 9 days. Will try to find my packing slip and return.

The directions say to wipe moisture clean in the boxes because vegies give off moisture. I do that. I have kept strawberries, which rotten in Lock in Lock. So far so good and satisfied.

In my opinion, the Debbie Meyer GreenBoxes™ (20-piece Set) are great. My baked goods (i.e., bread, placed on the counter) stay fresh for a long time and my fruits and vegetables stay fresh a long time as well whether placed on the counter (i.e.,bananas, etc.) or those fruits & vegetables that require refrigeration. The lids are easy to open and close. The green bags are great too.

Stop DO NOT Buy This Product! / , VA   9/22/2008
I like so many shoppers read these review to help me decide on whether I should purchase an item or not. Well I was wrong the product in fact makes your food ripen faster. I haven't been able to keep anything fresh in them. I will stick with the Lock & Lock products from now on. Unfortunately I kept giving them the benefit of doubt, and before I knew it the 30 days was past. So save yourself alot of money.

Unfortunately, these boxes do not work. They get moisture in them and the vegetables/fruit start to mold. I'm sorry I wasted my money.

I trusted HSN when they choose to sell an item. The ready cut salad gets brown edge in 2 days, faster than keeping it in the Lock & Lock, which is much easier to open. The lid is very difficult to remove. It collects amzing amount of moisture. Unlike Lock & Lock, the color is so dark, you can't see what is inside without opening the lid. I am returning them.

I was very excited to receive this product. I currently use the Green Bags and am tired of washing them and then hanging them to dry. I thought the boxes would be easier to deal with. I was wrong. The biggest problem is the lids don't stay on. There is so much moisture in the boxes. They also take up to much space. They are to expensive and don't work at all. Mine are on their way back for a refund. I will stick to the Green Bags. Even though they are a pain to clean they do work.

Green boxes do not live up to their expectations!!! My bananas became so mushy after 2 days I had to throw them out. Wiping out moisture doesn't help either. The box I had bananas in still smells like bananas even after several washings. The boxes themselves have an odor that attaches to your foods. Wish I had never purchased!!!! Feel like I was deceived by Debbie Meyer!!
