HORRIBLE! / , UT   6/3/2009
I ordered two sets to give to my husband for his birthday as he entertains a lot. It was the biggest embarrassment! First, the packaging is awful. No brand name, no instructions and packed so tight... not to mention two cracked glasses and one broken pitcher! Never again,Colin Cowie. A brown box and styrofoam mess... everyone just stared and I cried. back it goes!

BEAUTIFUL & FUNCTIONAL SET FOR ME / , TX   6/3/2009
I ORDERED THESE AT THE CLEARANCE PRICE, & LOVED THEM ON VISUAL. HOWEVER, THE PITCHER HAD A BIG CRACK IN IT. I CALLED C.S. & ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE. THEY PAID FOR THE RETURN & THE NEW SET WAS PERFECT! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH, I ORDERED ANOTHER SET, RECEIVED PERFECT. THESE GLASSES & PITCHER CAN BE USED IN HUNDREDS OF WAYS FOR A FESTIVE OCCASION OR DINNER.YOU ARE ONLY LIMITED BY YOUR OWN IMAGINATION! Too fragil. Hard to open, cut bubble wrap to remove glasses. Found 2 with cracks on top lip, tossed them. Now have pitcher and 2 glasses. I would return set but I would probably break the remaining 2 glasses trying to repack them. This was a good idea but glass is too fragil.

Handle With Care - Easily Breaks / , MO   5/27/2009
When set arrived the bottom of one glass was cracked and the top of another glass was cracked. Upon unpacking and inspecting the later glass actually shattered and caused several cuts on hands!!! I have returned the entire set, broken glass included. Please be careful, handle these with care if you keep them!

Recv'd and cleansed same day--was so excited to use...put ice in glasses, poured in cool tea, walked out on deck, set glass down, it immediately starting frosting over, then sweat beaded up.. Temps must be just right on set--oh well, my mistake--will go back to Tervis...

I live on the MS Gulf Coast and it doesn't matter how many coasters/napkins/paper towels you put under your glass, it's going to leave rings on your furniture. Have used plastic double-walled glasses in the past and don't like the look, and they eventually crack and leak. The packaging was outstanding/had to cut the styrofoam away to get the glasses and pitcher out/nothing broken. Thank you for solving a constant problem with class and style. Will look for more Colin Cowie items in the future.

Packaging Challenge / , TX   5/12/2009
Liked the set but frankly it is amazing to me no one considers the packaging and how difficult it has become to open anything! It is not necessary to make this a two person job an yet I had to ask a neighbor to help me because the packaging was so difficult to open. Can you not use something that does not leave white pebbles everywhere and I don't know how older folks manage to open anything. I am about done attempting to open things from HSN.

A for effort and the concept of the double wall is perfect, However, PLEASE redesign this with a heavier glass and topple proof, study bottom ....

Not for a home w/children / , TX   5/6/2009
These glasses and pitcher are nice, but didn't even last 6 months in my home. They are all broken and finally the pitcher was the last to go. That is even with purchasing two sets (8 glasses and 2 pitchers). They are nice, just not practical if you have children.

I own this set for a few months,already lost two cups, broken into pieces, very strange a glass can topple so easilly and breake, never saw something like that...the reason I gave it 2 stars is because the pitcher is still "alive" and well...sorry HSN I'm not pleased with this product at all.
