I own this set for a few months,already lost two cups, broken into pieces, very strange a glass can topple so easilly and breake, never saw something like that...the reason I gave it 2 stars is because the pitcher is still "alive" and well...sorry HSN I'm not pleased with this product at all.

I've owned these for awhile and love them. I have not have any problems with breakage as otherx have stated. There are a few flaws with minor small bubble flaws in the glass but it doesn't interfere with the product. I am now ordering the double old fashioned set and hope those will be just as good.

The cannister was broken when I received it.I did not want to go to the trouble to replace it. I called customer service and the best they offered me was a $10 coupon for my next order. I am not upset with HSN because this is the first time I have been let down. However, the drinking glasses were ok but unstable when I sat them on the counter. I have already broken one due to their instability. Please save yourself the the time and frustration and do not purchase this.

Easy to break    3/19/2009
I agree with another customer's rating. This set is dangerous. I purchased it at Christmas (thankfully for myself). One of the glasses was broken when I opened the box. I should have sent it back, but I was busy and neglected to do so. The remaining 3 glasses broke just by sitting them on a table, or while filling them with ice or liquid. I still have the pitcher, but rarely use it. I am afraid to fill it with anything other than water. The spout is also messed up.

Don't buy this item if you value your fingers. I purchased several sets. Very Poorly manufactured. These glasses are so fragile that they break if they are tapped with anything. Don't put them in the dishwasher against another glass. You'll have a mess of shattered glass to clean up!!! I am a dental hygienist and I have gone to work twice now with nasty cuts on my fingers. HSN will not refund my money. Do not recommend buying this item at all!! The remainder of the glasses are in the trash!

When this came a glass was cracked.Other items ordered were also damaged.Poor quality.Very disappointed in both HSN & COLIN COWIE for putting this product on air.Very thin glass.

GREAT PARTY GLASS SET / , CA   1/2/2009
I order thus set after seeing it on tv with Colin. I have to say I love them =) I just used them for my New Year Eve 09 party and eveyone one was so impressed with how long the ice cube stayed whole. Great product and will be ordering more from Colin in 2009.

I too have had problems with the glass breaking, one just by adding ice. In addition, the pitcher pours so badly that I have to hold it over the sink because otherwise it spills everywhere. Very expensive and useless.

GLASS breaks EASILY / , CA   9/22/2008
Although, it does insulate well, the fact that the glass breaks easily defeats the whole purpose. First set I bought one was already chipped, after receiving 2nd set, I broke 2 glasses within a week of eachother, just by washing and setting on the counter, like previous customers, why did they taper the glass making it so top heavy and easier to tip over? Poor quality, esp for the price and from such a 'big' name in the industry.
