As many have previously stated, you either love or hate this product. When it was presented, it looked easy and fun, however, for those of us, who have not exercised in years, it is far too difficult. The pace on the beginner video does not address out of shape folks, who can not balance nor keep up the pace. Brenda IS annoying on the video. This is going back.

I was really excited to get the airclimber, unfortunately it did not live up to what Brenda had promised. I found it to be unstable and cheaply made. Needless to say, it was going back within a few hours of receiving it.
I love how this works!

I have bad a bad right knee and walking down steps just kills me. I've used the Airclimber for two days and love it. My knee doesn't hurt because it isn't being strained to push down on a pedal. I could feel the tightness in my abs after my first workout, and that was without the benefit of watching the dvd.

I would have love to give this 5 stars, but I can't. After 5 days the bellos just when flat. I was up to 1500 steps when they just died, and they would not inflate. I had to send it back. Waste of money I'll go jogging iinstead.

This Air Climber is wonderful for getting a great workout in a small amount of time. I have a good 50 pounds to lose and doing 1 workout a day for 5 days last week I lost 5 pounds and over 1 inch on my waist! I also have bad knees (torn ligament and cartilidge) and this stepper is perfect for me, no cracking knees with each step! I'm sorry some people have had defective items, but when it works properly it is WONDERFUL!
Huge dissapointment

I purchased this back in December and liked it very much for about the first week of use. The bellows would not re-inflate after 10 minutes of use. It looked like nothing was wrong with it but I wasn't going to make the mistake of keeping it past the 30 days. It was $50.00 to ship it back! I would give this no stars if I could. Cheaply made and an absolute dissapointment. Save your money and buy a treadmill. That would be the wisest investment.

I ordered this item during Brenda's first visit and I received a defective product. The steps NEVER re-inflated!!! I contacted HSN to send back for a refund and was informed I would receive a label for UPS to pickup. However, I never received that label and two weeks later, I received a call from HSN's Customer Service informing me to just "discard the item or keep it" because the vendor/manufacturer did not want to bother on getting it back!!!!!!!

Love this product, but it's a little tough on my already-getting-bad knees. Sturdy. Fun. My 12 year old LOVES it!! Would use it more if it didn't make my knees hurt [they don't hurt immediately before I use the Air Climber, but do historically hurt while doing impact exercises]. Still, would recommend this product, and would buy it again, even if only my daughter used it!

I received my AirClimber in Dec. and initially I would've given it 5 stars as I enjoy the workout. However, in the 8 times I have used it it has developed a very large crack on the base and I am just waiting for it to fall apart completely. There is a 60-day manufacturer's warranty which would cost me approximately $40.00 to send to them and for them to send back to me. Ridiculous and not worth nearly half the original cost of the product. In my experience, the quality is VERY disappointing. |
