I'm a 40yr. old stay at home mom i overweight by about 10 pounds but, am not physically fit as i would like to be i loved this product and i loved the dvd, Brenda really helps you push through the dvd, i need the encouragement to finish..Thanks for the product I would recommend that you read the directions and listen to the dvd , before starting , if your not using the dvd your cheating yourself, she has a beginner one and it is really good to start with..even if you cant finish.

This stepper is the best investment I have ever made for a piece of exercise equipment. A real plus is being easy on the joints. Felt a difference from the first use. Sorry I didn't know about this much sooner. Try it - you'll like it!!!

Got it today thought i give it a try and didn't think it will do anything for an advance fitness person like me. but boy was i wrong. i couln't get off the thing! before i know it effortlessly within minutes im sweating like ice on a hot day! im hooked! its a keeper!!

I work out on an elliptical and DVD's, etc. I am not tip top shape but can handle my own. I will be honest and say-this is the best work out for the overall body. I just love it...I can not wait to "step" through out the day. It is great! Highly recommend!

Please, read the the directions carefully and I think you will be happier with the product. The bellows need to be inflated carefully before initial use. They also need to be inflated before subsequent uses, but they have stayed inflated for me despite my, um, large weight. There is a weird hole in the stepper when it comes out of the box. You need to assemble and insert the counter. The counter has a slight rattly noise when it moves - that is the roller inside that counts the steps!

I RECIEVED MY AIR CLIMBER 4 DAYS AGO, AND WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.I LOOK FOWARD TO DOING THE WORKOUT,AND CANT BELIEVE HOW MUCH OF A FULL BODY WORKOUT IT GIVES YOU! IT DEFINATELY TAKES GETTING USE TO,YOU MAY LOSE YOUR BALANCE, BUT ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT, YOU WILL REALLY ENJOY IT. ITS MUCH BETTER THAN THE TREADMILL.I ALSO THOUGHT HER 15 MINUTE AB WORKOUT WAS AMAZING!!

What a godsend! I have bad knees and a bad back so I haven't been able to exercise. I got the airclimber on Thursday. I used it Friday nite and yesterday, and sweated like a pig! I totally exhausted myself and slept like a baby each nite. (for an insomniac that's major!) I will report back and let you guys know if I lose weight. This equipment is a winner! FIVE stars! Your product is a god send. I'm a truck driver, so I needed something that is portable, but yet gives a great workout at the same time. This does both. It's great for beginners as well as advanced workouts. I'm an avid walker, but the Climber hits muscles that I didn't know I had.Being a woman of my statuet [6' 235lbs] I don't feel comfortable going to gyms. The Air Climber is my answer. I have lost 15lbs in my first month of use; along with the great meal plans. I don't leave home without it.

I love the air stepper. Why? 1. inexpensive as compared to purchasing a large exercise machine. 2. lightweight and easy to store. 3. doesn't make a lot of noise. 3. Fun to use and you can get a great workout. 4. It works! It is not a gimmick. If you are traveling by auto, you can take it with you. , With all of the thunder storms that we have had this spring, the air stepper has been great exercise when I can not get outside to walk or run.

I gave birth to my 2nd baby 6 months ago. I do two workouts off of the dvd everyday. ALREADY, my arms, shoulders, back, and thighs have definition, and my butt has lifted. I bet that in a couple more weeks I will look better than I did before I had my first baby!! These workouts are incredible. I have to take a nap after my shower :p |
