HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!    8/24/2008
I was SO looking forward to this product. For the last hour I've been pressing the button to inflate it and nothing. Pulled the bellows up gently, then when I thought I'd give them a try, I sat it a chair and eased them down, and they never came back up. The instructions weren't helpful, couldn't see if there was some sort of trick to the dial. This was more frustrating than trying to give a cat a pill.

I have been using this three to four times a week since June. I love it. I have several pieces of exercise equipment and my favorites are the treadmill and this. I only wish that I could order additional work out DVD's for even more variety. There is only one thirty minute work out on the DVD provided (the others are 20 minutes each) and I like to work out between 40 and 60 minutes. So BRENDA - please record more DVDS!

This is a good concept but in reality I think the material used is poor, I feel like the bellows will break any moment. If the item was $50.00 I'd keep it BUT for $100.00 + shipping and tax this is not a good investment. I never felt stable on it and needed a chair to help me get on and off. I sent it back tonight and I am real angry... it cost $38.00 to send back!!! Interesting that HSN didn't put the usual return label where we didn't have to pay. Buyer Beware!!!!

Air Climber Breaks Easily / , FL   6/18/2008
purchased Dec 2007,couldnt use until May 2008.the Bellows broke after ONLY 1 month of use. trusted the quality of the product and HSN.i couldnt return this product that broke very easily. The Plastic very fragile for anyone over 200lbs(MEN are).Bad Choice, wish i could have returned within the 30 days,HSN HELP. Brenda HELP. Not fair to us good HSN customers. Product works probably well for people not overweight or under 200lbs. Misadversting of weight restrictions. BRENDA RETURN my MONEY

Health issues after use.    6/15/2008
I ordered this thinking that I would be able to exercise at home. I have had Arthritis for several years and was looking for somthing that would be simular to walking. I loved the exercises but ended up in a lot of pain. Called HSN to send it back and had to pay for shipping. There was no UPS sticker in the receipts received and it cost me a bundle to return this item. Not Happy at all about that.

good workout    6/15/2008
I utilize this piece of equipment with an old Richard Simmons video tape that he did years ago called Pump and Sweat. I got rid of the stair pumper years ago and was excited to see Brenda come out with one. The machine is easy to use, no assmebly. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the price. I think for a piece of equipment that is basically plastic should run more around the 50.00-60.00 price range, but otherwise a good piece of equipment.

I am 38+ and am about 15 pounds over weight (no one complains). I have been the heaviest in my life. I do not have time for the gym. I love this piece: DVD, equipment, and workout I really worked up a sweat with the 1st use and continue to sweat everytime. Wonderful Investment.

Its a little cheap looking in my opinion. Its holding up my fan now if that tells you how useful it is. Better off just running up and down your own stairs.

Buyer Beware - bad product / , LA   6/2/2008
Bought this for my wife for Christmas in Oct 2007. She did not use the product until after Christmas. Has used it maybe a dozen times. Item is now broken and HSN says there is only a 60 day warranty on the item and they are not responsible. Cheaper to join a gym. I bought from HSN thinking that they would offer nothing but quality products. Don't be fooled by the hype. BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITH A LOUSY WARRANTY.

GO0D CONCEPT, POOR PRODUCT / , FL   5/30/2008
I USED THE PRODUCT 3 DAYS FOR A TOTAL OF 15 MIN EACH DAY. PLASTIC AROUND BELLOWS CRACKED AND NO LONGER WORKS. I'M RETURNING IT AND I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HSN IS WILLING TO SELL SUCH A PRODUCT. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD USE MORE DISCRETION. FORTUNATELY HSN RETURN POLICY IS GOOD, BUT I STILL HAVE TO DRIVE SOMEWHERE INCONVENIENT FOR ME. P.S. I'M WAY BELOW THE LIMIT WEIGHT FOR THIS PRODUCT.
