Poor Manufacturer Service

I ordered this and had to return because the manufacturer failed to include the cord and DVDs, and then after calling multiple times over a 6 week period -- they never sent out the items. Pretty difficult to use without half the equipment and no instruction! Brenda is definitely not Tony Little. Will stick with what I know from now on. This was not HSN's fault -- because their customer service tried more than once and was very nice throughout the entire ordeal.

I tried the stepper, simple and good design, good work out for the size. Tried to watch the DVD's but Brenda is so annoying on them using the same techniques from 20 years ago during aerobics tapes. Unfortunately the airclimber stepper isn't worth $100.00 on it's own.

THIS PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY UNSTABLE AS YOU STEP. IT LIFT OFF THE GROUND AND BECOMES WOBBLY.

The air climber is fun and a great workout. Would have given it a 5 star review but , just like the last reviewer, all my dvds skip as well. It is very distracting to have to get off the climber to restart the dvd. Other than that, great!

I like the product itself and it gives a good workout but am very disappointed that the dvd's, all of the dvd's that include the airclimber workouts don't work. they all skip, so bad that it freezes up and you can't use any of them. The dvd which just uses the aerobics and the stomace work are fine. Figures, The one I really wanted to use with the Airclimber don't work.

This Stepper is fantastic. I can't believe how winded and great I feel after only 3 minutes on this. I needed something and this came right in the Nick of Time before the Holidays. I too, like the customer below this post, keep it where I can have a step or two each time I pass it. I love it and I'm off to give it a go for 5 minutes. I know that this is going to burn the calories. Watch out Santa...I'm going to be in great shape by Dec 25th. LOL

I haven't had mine long, but I love the way it makes me feel when I've been on it. The Easy Air Express DVD is a wonderful training tool for starters. Brenda Dygraf has made a new fan and, hopefully soon, a healthier one. As Brenda would say, "WHOO-OOOO"!!!!

I just bought this-have had it a few days.I have not been doing any kind of exercise and wanted something easy,fun and non-jolting.This is IT!I leave it in the living room and both myself and my 16 yr. old daughter get on it in passing, several times a day.I can't stay on for too long yet,but it keeps calling me back,so I know,eventually, I will increase my workout time and reach my fitness goals.I usually AVOID my other pieces of equipment.I LOVE this.

I received my AirClimber today and was very excited about the quick delivery. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the box, I couldn't miss the fact that the plastic base was cracked and broken with pieces of plastic actually missing and leaving large holes. CHEAP!!

I have other equipment, but the airclimber is in a class all by itself. The air really does help you to workout longer and I actually crave it if I miss a workout. I have never sweated so much or seen results as fast. If your ready to take your workouts to another level this is the one. Now I know I will be able to obtain my weight loss goals. Welcome Back Brenda! |
