unhappy on many levels

I need to ask if hsn is selling refurbished products for new?I have shopped with hsn for several years although recently two electronic products have just quit working and always just at apprx.the 6 month mark.with this i have had to pay 25.00 dollars to ship my 22inch colby flat screen back and send another 25.00money order to the repair factory to ship my replaced product.this expense after already paying over 500.00 for the tv.now in the middle of use my bissell carpet cleaner stops.i called hsn to seek guidance of course i was told it's now under mfgr.warranty,i can only imange what it will cost me to get a machine 4 months old repaired.hsn seems to only care about getting your money through the line then to hell with gust service.i would like to see them make things right or qvc will get my loyal bussiness.beware hsn does not know you once they get your money.karen nduval

I hate this product. Had I used it before the 30 day time allotment for returns, I would have sent it back. First, no heater in it, so hot tap water is all you get. Second, the cleaning roller isn't a bristle brush. It's more like a paint roller, thus no real "scrubbing the carpet". I originally got it to do spot cleaning, and clean my car upholstery. The attachments do work farly well. The suction is fair. It is advertised as " will dry in about 30 minutes", but its more like a couple of hours. My advice, get one that heats the water, and has a spinning BRUSH on it. Those 2 things would have made this a fabulous product! Overall, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

This cleaner doesnt work half as well as you are lead to believe, save your money and purchase a better unit!

The engine blew up the 2nd time of use. Must be something defective in workmanship. Don't recommend that it be purchased.

Wish I had logged on and read the reviews before placing my phone order. This cleaner is horrible...leaks hot soapy water all over the place!!!!!! Do Not Purchase!

It does a good job on small spaces, not sure how well it would do on large, heavily soiled areas, but for small areas with not very much high traffic, it cleans well.

I have owned this machine for 5 months and I probably used it 6 - 8 times. I tried to use it yesterday and the hand tool is not working - no suction, the carpet cleaning base is also not providing adequate suction. Once the water and cleaning solution is on the carpet it's not completely sucking up everything; leaving behind clearly visible soap suds. Very disappointed now looking for another machine.

This steam cleaner is the worst that Ive owned. I should have got a different one!!! Its doesn't clean anything. Ive went over the same stains over and over and nothing! Its very cheap!

This machine did not clean our carpet very well. It is not a good machine if you are looking for a deep cleaning carpet cleaner. It might be ok for someone only wanting to refresh your carpet and help make a room smell better. |
