I tried this right away- it was easy to assemble and easy to use. It took the old stains out of my area rug, and it smells nice, too. It also glid over the carpet with ease; it was not heavy at all. I'm grateful that I found something that was affordable and effective.

MAKE SURE HANDLE IS TIGHT or will shut off. Used HOT & solution provided Just did 3 rugs on wood floors, wood dry underneath Nice not to lug rugs outside to clean & wait hrs. to dry. Brush would be nice w/ roller But did the job.Surprised at VERY dirty water Cleaned cream & red rugs great raised pile too. Easy to use not heavy, Have bad back.Can pull out fast for spills. Dogs&cats leave dirt behind doing furniture next with hand tools Can use to do car interior too Will be using alot

What a piece of junk. I like Bissell but what an incredible disappointment this "cleaner" is. Don't waste your time or money because you will not be satisfied.

I agree with the other reviews.not needing it right away- it sat in the box - unopened. About two months later, I put my pro dry to use. If you purchase this machine USE IT IMMEDIATELY! Had I read the previews, I would have done just that. Before I changed the water the FIRST time, the machine stopped running.I went beyond the 30 days, I called Bissell,did what they sugested,no success. Now I have to take it to a Bissell dealer and PAY FOR THE REPAIRS MYSELF. My loss is THEIR gain - GARBAGE!

This cleaner is not good for anything i have 2 kids and as we all know they make messes big ones and u have to get down on your hads and knees and scrub and it doesent even get it up it looks like it when its wet but once it drys its still there and it does not dry in 30 mins by far please dont wast ur time or money on this product

I can't believe how bad this so called carpet cleaner is. It did NOTHING but get my carpet slightly wet. Dirty water did come out,but I could get the same result with a bucket of water and a rag. There are no scrubbers on this, just a roller. It is absolutely going back. Do NOT waste your time or your money on this product. Really bad...

I Purchased this item it stop working only a month after I bought it. I ending up sending it back and got a another one but i ended up sending it back because I didnt like the way that it clean. I didnt like the rolling brush at the bottom. I would not recommened this product.

Got it, tried it and it did the job. So easy. I didn't buy this for deep cleaning. It's for the every other day carpet cleaning. I like that it can be used as often as I vacuum. Sort of like mopping the floor.Reading and following directions are key. Thanks Bissel and HSN for helping to make my cleaning load a little lighter.

I ordered this machine a while ago...I was smart to purchase the HSN warranty because I wasn't able to use it in order to try it out before the return policy was up...When I did have the chance to put it together,and start to clean, I did Not work. I called hsn today, and I was given a special number to check if the handle was not properly installed......the directions and trouble shooting are very Vague.....be sure to try it out as soon as you get it... |
