This machine does absolutely nothing for my carpets, it won't even clean up small spills. I see water rolling back up into the reserve tank but the mess is still in the floor. After using once the attachment won't even suck up water after spraying it in the floor. This one is going back and I am going to pay the extra $100 for the deep cleaner. Not impressed at all.

I JUST GOT MINE DELIVERED TODAY..LAWD WAS I SURPRISE HOW BEAUTIFUL THIS MACHINE IS..I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA BE A SMALL CLEANER BUT ITS NOT ITS A NICE SIZE TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET..I LUV ALL THE ATTCH.I CANT WAIT TO START USING MINE RIGHT AWAY..AND IT ONLY TOOK ME LESS THAN 2 MIN TO PUT TOGETHER...IT COMES ALREADY ASSEMBLED..THANKS HSN..YOU GUYS HAVE NOT DISAPPOINT ME YET!

What a pleasant surprise! My carpeting is 4 yrs old & had not been cleaned. I do have an exc vacuum cleaner so that really helps keep my light colored berber clean, but had soiled traffic areas & other spots that I really wanted to clean. I used the fiber cleaner & followed the instructions. The carpet was slightly damp after cleaning but was completely dry in 1 hr. The carpet is beautiful & looks brand new again! This unit is lightweight easy-to-use & worth every penny.

I bought this,the Roomba vacuum and the Bissell steam mop..all in one week.I never knew what a lousy housekeeper I was!! My carpet and floors look great! Between Roomba and this, I can't believe how much dirt was in my carpet of less than 6 mos old!. This is super easy to use, easy to switch between attachments and dries in 30 min. I have cats..great for fur balls! Definitely a keeper!

This machine is not good for soiled carpeting. It is not steam and does not use brushes to agitate rug fibers. The one that does is $100 more. I really tried on 2 large area rugs, but it did not brighten or get rid of traffics stains. Yes there was dirt in the tank, but this cannot replace hiring someone to come in and steam clean. I paid a lot for shipping and it will have to go back. Think twice before you buy this and spend the money! Did not work like it did on TV.

This is OK for light cleaning for rugs but as far as cleaning pet stains (such as hairball, throw up, and urine) comparatively, it did not clean as well as the regular Bissell cleaners with the brushes. If you have pets or really dirty carpet I would recommend one of the more heavy duty cleaners.

First day got my carpet cleaner, cleaned throw carpet. Perfect! No water leaked thru! Cleaned a white berber carpet and it looks great. Did have to use handheld to get two tough stains, worked great. Love the attachments and it is easy to flip to handheld back to carpet cleaner. Love the machine and great price on flexpay. I would say a good buy and very easy to move around!!!! (Also timed drying time on the throw carpet 30 minutes like she said.)

I got very good results from this carpet cleaner. I would, however, recommend that if you have any stains, you spot clean with the power tools before you clean. Otherwise, carpets were dry in about 30 minutes as promised!

Its an alright cleaner but why are they calling it a steam cleaner? cleaning brush could be a little more solid. i give it 4 stars because of the tools cleaning.
