What a piece of junk the demonstration they do on the show is not true to how this thing works.There is absolutey nothing to actually clean the carpet on this thing.The big silly roller does nothing but roll over the carpet. Shame on hsn and bissell. I would not recommend this "cleaner"to anyone.Again shame on you hsn and bissell.

Great investment! Easy to use, works well. Th floors dry amazingly fast! Great product. I would highly recommend.

THIS IS THE WORST SHAMPOOER I HAVE EVER USED. IF YOUR CARPET DOESN'T GET VERY DIRTY, IT MAY WORK FOR YOU, BUT IF YOUR CARPET HAS HIGH TRAFFICE AREAS OR YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN THAT MAKE MESSES, THEN THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. IT'S CLAIMS ARE BOGUS, AND I WAS VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED. I HATE TO RETURN THINGS, BUT I AM RETURNING THIS.

This appears to be quite an impressive unit when you take it out of the box, but..it's all show and no go. Steam cleaned the entire house but I was amazed to see that the water was on slightly dirty when dumped, and that is due to the fact that there isn't a cleaning/scrubbing brush on this unit. I went back over a couple area with the hand held unit, but my arms got really tired. This unit only moderately cleans carpets at best.

I did nit like this shampooer what so ever, it didnt work there was nothing to even scrub a carpet with very unhappy. Also upset had to pay for the shipping on a product that didnt work,

This is another wonderful, item I have no cons for this item. It works beautifully and no extra wet spots. I have used it for a couple of months with no problems.

was easy to put to gether, pre treat spots 1st. Bissell does need to make a brush roller for this, all in all it works. and it does dry in 30 mins.

I really like how easy it is to assemble and use and i especially like the hand tool but the floor cleaner was a bit useless. I dont like the fact that its a soft roller. But the hand tool did a great job on some old stains and good for sofas. I'll keep it just for that.

The cleaner arrived ahead of schedule and it was easy to operate and it did what it was supposed to do-clean my carpets.

I was very disappointed with the assembly of the product,, and even more disappointed of the way it worked. The first time it worked great,, then second time, it leaked water, would not suck it up,, and the tools didn't work at all. The bad thing is I gave my old one away after the first time I used it, so I was left with wet dirty carpet! Guess you get what you pay for,, because all this is a paint roller and no sucktion.. I won't buy Bissell again.
