Requires pretreat & elbow grease!! / , OH   7/5/2009
This is a great cleaner if your carpets are not soiled. After pretreatng all spots twice, using the Oxigen tool/cleaner on my hands and knees and then going over high traffic areas a second time, my carpets are clean. Please make an attachment roller that will scrub carpet & remove stains. Please Offer the Spotbot as a TSV. The spotbot cost more than the Prodry, no wonder, it is a must have in order to really clean soiled carpet with the Prodry cleaner.

This carpet cleaner is better than the ones I would rent at the near by stores. I spent the same price it to rent just for the cost me to buy it. I had one brand new white carpet that I did not think would ever come clean, and the little machine is a trooper and I wish I had bought it years ago. I will no be renting any more I am sold on the wonderful Bissell PROday Fast-drying carpet cleaner. The price is right the cleaning is right and if you don't pick the little gem up you are so wrong.

I was very dissapointed in this Bissell product!! It only has a paint roller on the bottom, no scrub brushes!!! It also turns off, and does'nt work!I had to scrub my carpets myself and sent this defective dissapoinment back !

This machine IS NOT for deep cleaning but I have 3 Kid/1 Grandson in my home with light gray carpet.My carpet gets extremely dirty/mostly by spilled drinks.I use a commercial strength stain remover called Unbelievable/believe me this remover takes out anything and everything. I used a garden sprayer to spray every stain on my carpet,then used this carpet cleaner/works just as good as my 14 yr old deep cleaning bissell did, before I had to finally retire it with this new one.

I purchased this and tried it DID NOT DO AS STATED sent it back don't waste your time or money. Other Bissell have worked but not this one.

COULDN'T WAIT TO GET,MY CARPET REALLY NEEDED CLEANING, I WAS SICK,HAD TO WAIT A FEW DAYS,PUT IT TOGETHER, MOVED ALL MY FURNITURE,(DIVORCED) BY MYSELF, THE MACHINE DID NOTHING, I looked underneath, no wonder, there's no brush, it's a paint roller, I tried several times, nothing, killed myself moving furniture, for nothing,since I was sick I almost was late in sending it back. BOXED IT UP COST ME OVER $10. TO SHIP BACK

Had to send back. The water just comes out and sucks right back up. No brushes to scrub the carpet. Was hoping for a solution that would keep the carpet clean for my grandson with asthma. I suggest you save your money and find a different unit.

Do not purchase this product. Very disappointed as to the results. It basically did not clean the carpet. I was excited in getting the product because it would be easy for me to handle which it is; however, it does not clean the carpet. Didn't clean my carpet right away as was ill so by the time I got to doing it, it was too late to send it back. Had to have a carpet cleaning company come out and do the job right.
