THIS WAS THE WORST CLEANER I'VE EVER HAD, I SAY "WAS"BECAUSE IT WENT STRAIGHT BACK THE NEXT DAY....ALL IT DID WAS WET MY CARPETS, LEFT A BIG MESS... I AM VERY SURPRISED HSN IS STILL SELLING THIS ITEM, DUE TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS....

I have had zero luck with this product. Out of the box it was impressive and first use, however, it has not worked since. There is no suction on the hand tools and while using the carpet cleaner, it simply soaks the carpet and barely picks up slight surface dirt or water its distributed. I am really unhappy with this product. First time.. All items I have ever ordered from HSN have been wonderful. Its unfortunate that after 2 uses it has to be shipped back for repair/replacement

I just received the Bissell ProDry and have been trying to clean my carpets for the last hour with this machine. It is not easy to assemble, and does not clean like it says it does. I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I bought this machine,. Bissell is a great company, but this is not their best.

This product looked so easy to operate on tv. I found it a little tough to put together and to get up and running. It worked very effectively for a few times. Some of the parts do not line up well and this is frustrating. Great idea, but it really is not easy or reliable.

This is the worst Bissell product I have ever bought. Does not work as described. Waste of money time effort. Dont buy it.

I have owned a residential and commercial cleaning biz for some years now, I bought this machine to use in the residences of my older clients, but this machine is utter garbage. I do however own the side by side machine by hoover that is the best machine I have ever owned. Bissell products are absolute crap.

I was very disappointed in this machine. I assembled it and prepped my carpets to clean. I filled the machine and the hand tool, went to turn it on.... and NO POWER.... could not get it to work at all... extremely bummed...

Brought this Bissell PROdry Fast Drying Carpet Cleaner, about 4 months ago. Used it once since then, was a satisfied? Unsure, the cleaning took some extra effort than originally expected. But the results were good. Will review again, after using it again.

Leaked all over my carpet, took apart several times and read all of the directions. Could not figure out why it was leaking all over. Returned. |
