I am not overly thrilled with the roller on the bottom of the machine and do not feel it cleans well using that function .... However the tools clean very well and I am very impressed with that. The plastic holder for the soapy water was a bad design and difficult to get into place without water spills all over the place ...
Shame on you for selling this carpet cleaner

I truly wished I had the reviews before placing my order. I was so excited, because I needed a carpet cleaner for my area rugs. This carpet cleaner is no good. Shame on you HSN for selling it to your customers. I was not able to use it the second time. I am returning it. Lesson: Read before you buy.

I SEE NO DIFFERENCE IN MY CARPETS AND IT IS A MESS TO GET GOING. IF I HAD THE BOX BACK IT WOULD GO!

Its horrible dont buy it if my husband hadnt of thrown away the box I would return it.. I leaks all over and doesnt clean a doggone think not even slightly soiled rugs.

I don't know why I didn't write this sooner and I should have read the reviews before I bought it but in a nutshell... this thing is the worse excuse for a carpet cleaner I've ever come across. Bissell is no help whatsoever. No wonder their credibility is non existant! I just wish HSN would do a little more research before offering the products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

I had really hoped this would work for me because of the additional feature of the hose with two hand held cleaners. But there was no suction..All the water stayed in my carpet! Faulty product and they had no more on hand and no Wait List. I hope I am not charged for the shipping back to HSN.

Very excited to get this product and be able to clean my own carpeting, however, it was defective from day 1. It leaks terribly at the dispensing tank. What a mess I had to clean up on my kitchen floor after filling the dispenser! Going back. Other viewers are right, this product needs to be recalled and worked on! Don't waste your money or time until they fix the product.

While this product looks ideal for easy clean ups and maintenance, it needs to go back to the shop for a tune up to fix q/c issues. I bought it expecting it to clean my carpet and upholstery and voila with no mess or fuss...well, it took only a day to to ship it back due to defective features. This needs to be recalled and worked on before it goes back on as a quality product. |
