Prior reviews said it took too long to arrive. Even with intervening weekends my friend received the gift card within a week and was thrilled. You can always find something you want at HSN.

I took a chance ordering this as a gift card to be emailed to the recipient as other reviews said it was not easy. Well, those reviews were correct!. Even though I pressed all the right keys, the confirmation showed it would be mailed to me. I emailed customer service to request this be corrected and customer service confirmed it would be emailed. Well within the week, I got it in the US Mail. Be careful how you order.

I have never ever encountered such a hassle with purchasing an emailed gift card before. I do 95% of all my shopping online so imagine my surprise when it took HSN over 48 hours to get an email back to me with the gift card number. At every other online website the purchase is instantaneous. Wow.....does this need improvement or what? Worst ever gift card purchase I have ever made. Don't expect immediate results ladies.

I remembered, after I bought this card why I had not done so in years. Many of us "daughters at a distance" would purchase more cards for our moms if your service were not so SLOW!

I ordered a gift card to be delivered by email with hesitation for my Mom on 6/16 for her birthday on 6/22. I had 2 online customer service chats to verify that she would indeed receive it by email. My Mom never received the gift card. There is obviously a glitch in their system that can't be easily remedied or HSN would already have it fixed. The gift car arrived at my address on the 26th. Fortunately, my Mom understood. If you order a gift card, do it in advance and have it sent in the mail

HSN here is the problem with your gift cards: you only allow one gift card to be used per order. So my mother who wanted to order products from your company and use her two gift cards that were purchased for her b-day from 2 different people was NOT able to use both. Hello we purchased the gift cards with money that you now have but you will not allow her to use both cards on one purchase. Defeats the purpose of giving gift cards to your company! Shame, Shame! |
