My Mother In Law loves HSN. I buy her $500 worth of gift cards for her birthday and $500 for Hanukah. My questions are if the highest dollar amount of gift card you offer is $100, 1) Why even bother offering a place where I can put in the qty of 5 if there's no way to change that qty from "1" and 2) If I have to get 5 cards, why can't I ship them in one package - especially if I want expedited shipping (has always been late) - which I would get charged five times for - Actually, that's never really been an issue because IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE THE METHOD OF SHIPPING ANYWAY! This is the most difficult website to order gift cards from - has not changed over past few years.

I purchased a gift-card for my sister's birthday, and it said it would be here in 7 business days; it came in after only 2 business days. Upon reading the other reviews, I'm glad to see that HSN has completely revamped their gift-card shipping process!! Thanks HSN.

You name it, everything they could do wrong, goes wrong. Arrives late. Wrong greeting. Never arrives. Doesn't come up on e-mail. Difficulty ordering on-line with the gift card. Sometimes it won't go through. SO, WHAT ELSE?

Ordered my wife 2 gift cards for Xmas & here we are well into the New Year & she STILL hasn't received them. I will never again purchase HSN gift cards! I might also say that one of our (grown) sons also ordered her a G Card from HSN for Xmas, & she hasn't rec'd that either. What can be so hard about sending out gift cards, pray tell? It has really put a damper on our Christmas cheer. She wants to shop w/them now, of course, but CAN'T. (Thankfully, I also bought her "something in 14K".)

I purchased this for my mother for Mother's Day. When she went to use the gift card online, the online shopping cart wouldn't accept it (it claimed she was trying to use 2 gift cards at once). After trying several times she finally called customer service. They had to convert the gift card to Spendable Ka$h for it to work online. In the end she got what she wanted but it was a real pain. Next time I'll just send her money in a card!

I also ordered it for a Mother's Day gift for my sister. HSN advertised this as a last min gift ,that an email would be sent before Mother's Day.That did not happen. My sister received the card via snail mail on the Thursday after Mother's Day. HSN get your act together you are losing out on a easy way for you to make tons of $$$...

I bought a gift card for my mom for mother's day and was sent an email saying it would come in the mail. I called and was told it was being sent via email to her. It showed up at my house today by snail mail and of all things it said, "Happy Anniversary"!! So now I have to hand deliver a late mother's day, (anniversary),card!! Why Bother!!

This was a nice January gift for my wife. She got e-mail notification earlier than I thought she would. The card arrived soon after with my personalized message, but the first two words were wrong. I liked getting free shipping for this. We believe the card design can be better, though.

I hesitated to purchase the holiday gift card for my mother-in-law after reading several of the reviews. I decided to take the chance afterall. I orderd the gift card on December 10th and received the card on December 17th, which was before their estimate of 7-10 business days. I am very please with the service and I know my MIL will be very happy to shop with her gift card.

I bought my mum the 100.00 card for Cristmas.I ordered it two weeks to the day before Cristmas Tuesday morning ,and it came the following Monday.I was hoping to get it by Cristmas,but more than a week before?!?! That made my Holliday that much easier!!! Thanks for the EXCELLENT service HSN!! |
