I gave this card as an Xmas gift and it did not work. It came up as not valid. Hsn corrected the problem with an account credit, but it seemed more like just another holiday hassel to me.

I had a very good experience with my HSN gift card. It can very fast and with no problems. I would have given this 5 stars, except I wanted to purchase a $20. gift card and that option wasn't available. I had to purchase two $10. gift cards instead (for the same person). I hope the dollar amount or quantity option improves in the near future.

The card arrived very quickly and I was pleased about that. I opened the envelope and couldn't get the "decorative card carrier" out. I had to rip the envelope. The trouble was a big spot of glue, which put a blemish on the front of the card. So the outer envelope (with my shipping info on it) was useless for gift giving and the outer card didn't look much better. I tried to remove the gift card to put it in a Christmas card, but the $ amount and card number are behind it. I ended up cutting the outer card to fit in a envelope. *sigh* Thankfully, my friend has a sense of humor! C'mon HSN....I would rather pay for shipping, in exchange for better presentation. At least use two separate envelopes! Not everybody wants to email or directly ship the gift card to the recipient.

I ordered 2 cards, 1 for my son, & 1 for my Sis. WHAT A MESS !!!! My son could not use it on the website, he called Customer Service & they wanted him to Open an Account...and the shipping almost cost as much as the Card. NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE !! To Bad for HSN with the trouble it takes , they are "LOSING " Potential NEW Customers" !! I,am VERY DISSAPOINTED w/ HSN !!

I ordered a $100 gift certificate to be sent to my mother-in-law via e-mail for Christmas. I typed all the information in and as I was completing my order a pop-up asked if I wanted to send a free subscription with the order as well. So, I agreed. The order came up with my shipping address and no record of the e-mail certificate going to my mother-in-law. I called the operator to be told that it appeared the order would be shipped to my address, not my mother-in-law's. The telephone operator asked another operator and she said that she was fairly sure the email certificate would get where it was suppose to go, but no one was certain. I could order another one to be sent in the mail, or wait to see if the original order got there. The operator could not stop the first order. Although, the cancellation option was still available on-line. Not a way to make shopping easy.

I ordered an HSN gift certificate for my mother and it arrived superfast. I think it's a great gift because she can decide what to buy. I highly recommend. |
