I purchased the gift card and selected for it to be sent by email. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. However the email never came and a week later I received an actual gift card in the mail. So words of wisdom are as follows, make sure you order it in ample time because it does not come by email.

My sister always appreciates a little suprise from me but I wanted it delivered by email only. It was delivered by mail and then email, which I found frustrating, I wanted her to get it immediately. So if you could just send it by email if that is what customers choose that would be a great improvement. Thank you!!

This was a great idea for a gift for my mom. All I would suggest is that the outside of the envelope say something like a gift for you. She didn't know what it was and threw it away. HSN kindly solved that problem and she was able to shop with the card anyway. Great gift for someone who has everything.

I had no problems ordering this gift card. I ordered the gift card to be e-mailed and it was received after about 24 hours with no problems at all. The person I bought it for was very pleased, of course.

I ordered the gift card as a Mother's Day present and chose to have the card arrive via e-mail. Only problem....it was never sent!! It has now been more than a week since the card was ordered, still no card and customer service cannot explain why! Seriously?!! This was a horrible idea and seems to be a waste of money! They had no problem charging the $100.00 cost of the card as soon as the order went through, but have yet to deliver the product! I feel like I have had $100.00 stolen. Their own customer service cannot tell me why the card has not been sent or when it will be sent! Don't waste your time or money!

I am very upset about how ordering an email gift card certificate was handled by HSN. I requested to have the email version of the gift card so I could present it as a gift for someone's birthday. After having difficulty trying to do it online I called customer service and spent some time over the phone setting it up. When I went to my email the email version was not available to me. I called customer service again to see what happened and was told that they couldn't do anything about it because the email version wasn't set up at time of purchase. HSN get it together this was your error.

This is the best idea! I never know what to get and everyone I know shops on HSN. It was a No Brainer!! The Perfect Gift! I will be purchasing more...it's a life saver.

I bought my niece this gift card for her birthday...she is in her teens and has a wishlist on HSN...so I thought it was a great chance for her to get the items that she liked most of all!

I loved giving a gift card. The ability to send it to my gift recipient my email was great. She could use it right away. It was easy to use and she received her item quickly. Great job. |
