Thank you all SO MUCH for your comments, questions, and encouraging remarks on our new vlog! Skip and I have really enjoyed hearing from you. We certainly DO know you all want to hear answers to your questions. What we think is best is to try and answer as many questions as we can via the vlog. We feel this is more personal—and faster, too.

So next time we are at HSN, we will sit down, with a list, and try to get to as many of you as possible. We can’t promise to speak to all of you, but we will talk FAST—rather SKIP will, since he is KNOWN for that—and I’ll read off the questions as fast as I can!

Dear Amanda and Skip, I love the verbena line but most of all I like the bath gel that came in the 4pc. set. I was wandering if you could sell the bath gel separately like the other scents you have. I use the bath gel more then anything else.Thank you, for allowing me to write to you and requesting this.

Love your products. Friends don't get out of my house without something from you. My request is to please make something that is mostly calendula, that is so good for the skin. Would love to see a calendula line.

Dear Amanda and Skip, I love all your products so much.I have allergies but I'm not allergic to your products they make me feel good. Everything smells so delicous .I wish you would bring back the Shea butter lotion big size bottle auto ship .I have not seen it in a long time and defnitley not auto.I like when you show the video how you collect the honey and process it and the fields where the flowers grow for the bees,the finest and purest.Thanks for so much products for the money.

I have used your lovely products for over a decade or more- really since Nature's One I believe...Time and formulas change, so I would like to know if you use quaternium-15 or any of its derivatives in any of the products, specifically which ones. Is there a way that I can get that information from your company?

Please help me. Im looking to buy your Perlier Hemp with Rosemary oil hand cream, this is the best hand cream in the world. The only way to purchase it on HSN is to get the kit which is autoship. I don't want to sign up for autoship, nor do I need the kit, I would actually prefer a duo like you have in every flavor under the sun except this one. Please let me know if I can ever purchase this without the other bells and whistles. I can't live without this handcream. Thank you Brenda

Too bad there's not a Starter Kit for the new honey & mixed nuts. A $50 kit isn't practical for me to just try this scent for bath and body.

Amanda and Skip-Where is the Shea Butter Hand and Body cream with SPF 15 works well for her. It smells great, unlike many sunscreens--where has it gone? Please, please do not discontinue it. Love it and use it everyday!!!!! Thanks

Skip and Amanda greetings from Pennsylvania!! I have been using your products for about three years now and I LOVE them! Some of my favorites are olive oil, all the rice products (body and face), original vanilla and one I can't seem to get my hands on anymore. The milk and vanilla is HEAVENLY! I was wondering when you will be bringing this back to HSN. I know the next time to order a bunch! I did like the vanilla sugar but not as much as the vanilla milk. PLEASE PLEASE bring back soon!!!

Skip and Amanda, I love the two of you, you are like family to watch on TV . I started 2 yrs. ago using Snowdrop and now I use the rosarian and all of your rice facial products, and love the olive oil lilac .......... I could go on forever thanking you . I am diabetic and have thyroid and my skin is like an alligator, not anymore and for taht I thank you!!!

We love the lemon sorbet! Hope you can make it in a lotion and the full lemon sorbet line! It's very refreshing for the summer time. Lemon is my favorite scent so good choice!

HI SKIP AND AMANDA I'VE BEEN USING IBB FOR A WHILE,I HAVE MANY FAVORITES LIKE HONEY VANILLA,FREESIA AND SNOWDROP. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I JUST GOT DUMPED OFF TO RECEIVE THE TS DOUBLE BLACK RICE WHEN I ORDERED IT EARLY IN THE DAY, HOURS BEFORE IT EVEN SOLD OUT? I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED THERE WERE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THAT ORDERED AFTER ME, AS I WATCHED THE COUNTER. THIS ISN'T FAIR AT ALL ISN'T IT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ANYMORE?

The LEMON SORBET is so mild it barely smells like lemon. To me it just smells like FRESH. Definitely not for those who prefer strong fragrances. For a stronger lemon scent try Lemon Verbena.

Love the double latte body lotion as well as white almond body lotion. looking for the soap bars in lavendar (love love love the fragrance!) am a long time customer and looking for some of the past scents too (royal lilly and peony and juniper)

I too loved the Lemon Sorbet, just wish the scent would last longer. The shower gel is refreshing and the body cream is wonderful. Please make the scent last a little longer.

Many thanks to Skip and Amanda for this gift of double sizes and for the whole Risarium Black Rice skin care line. The products are THE BEST (as are all IBB). This special value is a real show-stopper--------the price of this special would have been good with the three products in regular sizes!
