Hi Skip and Amanda, love your products, please bring back Royal Lily and Pink Peony (I do not like Pink Peony by itself). I could even rationalize buying at least 10 starter sets if you bring it back. I love that scent, it is my absolute favorite. I give products for Christmas also.

i have a real bad sensitivity and allergies to odors so it has been a an uplfting experience to find products that i can use (shea butter with sweet almond milk) i love your shea butter however i miss the shea butter body butter i love the hair masks and wondering when you will have the shea butter shampoo i find that i can use the risariam if i mix it with shea butter giving double the experience enjoy the sample packs even if i can't use all of them wish you had sample packets

Skip and Amanda, I am VERY disappointed that SheaButter w/Almond Milk autoship was cancelled. My grown boys were using it also and now we don't know what to do. We all have very dry skin. In 1985, I purchased my first bottle of La Via Lattea, Natures Milky Way, in Bloomingdales It was the most clean beautiful scent. After being discontinued for years, I always wanted to know why, saw it again on Hsn, I bought it the scent is different, it has baby powder scent as he top note. Will you ever be able to reproduce the orginal. Its a very nice scent, but I'll never fotget the original, gave it for many gifts, everyone loved it!

The Perlier Olivarium Hair mask was the best. I would order 2 at a time and always keep stock. I showed it to my hairdresser and he even ordered it. But it is no longer available. PLease bring it back. It kept my hair from looking dry and it always looked shiny without any other products in it.

Caribbean Collection???? Hello Amanda and Skip, Please bring this fragrance line back. PLEASE!!!! I have all 4 bottles and luckily have the kit with the Body Lotion and Shower Gel in the Vanilla Coffee. I came back on line to order a bottle of each to find these are now gone. Why discontinue a fragrance line with so many wonderful fragrances to choose from? I'm glad you're bringing back some old favorites. the one I'd love to see back is Wild Juniper. This was my granddaughter's favorite too. I was on auto-ship for the body cream, so I still have a few jars, but they're quite old. We still have other favorites; my grandson loves the dark chocolate and we all love the white almond, but, wild juniper was really special.

I just checked out my autoship for Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk only to see that it had been cancelled, AND NOT BY ME! I've received the shower cream and body cream on auto ship for many years and am not pleased that it was cancelled without any notice to me. The HSN answer is that it's apparently not being offered any more....??? It's one of your primary products! I am not happy and have bought MANY MANY products over the last 6-8 yrs. Someone please tell me why?? Thank you so much.

Dear Skip and Amanda, Ordered you black rice platinum products (eye cream, serum, night duo and day cream. I was amazed at the results I received. I must say I was blessed with good skin (being Italian) but using your products has only improved my skin texture and clarity and the wrinkles are diminishing. Hi Skip & Amanda---I have been using your Pink Peony since the first time you offered it. I would really like to know why we don't see much of any more, thank goodness I have been on auto-ship for lotion since it was first offered. The shower gel however seems very hard to come by. Also, what has happened with the green tea? We don't see much of it anymore either. I really wish you would come back with the xtra large kit of that, I love the scent and so does my daughter, so we could split it.

Skip & Amanda....Where are your sun products? I am DESPERATE for the Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk..after sun milk with aloe vera by Elarila. I still have some of the Shea Butter Sunscreen but am completely out of the lotion! The After Sun lotion really mosturizes the skin/emphasizes the tan!! It is fantastic! All my friends love it! White Tea and Magnolia!!! Shall I dare to ask? Have been waiting for its comeback. Skip, you said in one blog that it would be back but that was ages ago. The only thing you have is the EDT and I have a stash of it. Friends sneak into the powder room to use it. Please tell me truly; I can handle the truth. Also glad I stocked up on the Ylang Ylang! Another one of my favorites is Mandarin Ginger. Would also love to see room & body sprays, room sprays seem rare but are great if sprayed on fabric.

However, when I called C/S last week, I was told that it was being discontinued. Please-oh-please tell me that there was a mistake and that you will be bringing back this absolutely wonderful mask.(Pretty Please!) My very, very favorite scent is ELARIA ROYAL LILLY AND PEONY! It has not been on the air in ages. I am completely out of the body cream and the alcohol free perfume spray [I stocked up a few years ago] Please, please bring it back. I have tried many of the other fragences and they fall far short of the Royal Lilly and Peony. The Pink peony is just a a poor substitute. My husband has terminal cancer and Royal Lilly and Peony is his very favorite. Can this be purchased anywhere else? M.Dooner

Would you please have a Risarium body spray that I could use on my hair. I have the body oil and am on auto ship for the large body balm and bath and shower cream and, also the the hand and face liquid soap and hand cream. This scent is perfect for me as we are not to wear strong scents at the doctors nor at my exercise or yoga classes. A light body spray on the hair would waft in the air without being strong. Please, please, please. This product aso keeps me so soft and smooth. I love it.

I love the honey line the best. Honey orange is my favorite, have it all just need a cooling body spray cause the orange scent is great for summer. I had to say this but i feel you have gone to far out of the box. Your bringing in to much new and the old favorites are going by the way side. The scents aren't the same anymore they have no staying power. I hope you remember that you are a bath & body company.

Well, here is my question. Are the products gluton free? My grandniece can have nothing with gluton, and when she stays overnight she loves putting my body creams on. The doctor has told her mom, that she can no longer have anything with gluton in it. I really would appreciate your reply.

When are you coming back with Royal Lily and Pink Peony ? Its my favorite . Everyone loves the sent and of course i share. I put this on my mother for two month when she was in the hospitla digine . All of the nurses knowested how soft her skin was and how great it smelt. My mother couldn't take back because of a vent down her throught but she could smell it and would always smile when I put it on all of her . She loved peonys and i have 5 bushes from my home where I grewup as a child.

I was wondering if you were going to bring back Frescia? Also when you use to have the Lavender body cream in the tube it seems that it held it's fragrance longer. Have you ever thought of using the scents of lavender and dark vanilla? I had some lotion made at a local shop and the scent is out-of-this-world! If you had this I would buy it by the gallon! I have bought many of your products for gifts and everyone loves them! I just purchased the little pots to give to the nurses at my mother's nursing home for Easter. I know they will LOVE them!

Love, love, love the Perlier line (the Elaria I am allergic to mostly - too flowery for me). Please bring back the Lavendar Honey treatment butter (oh my gosh, what it does to my winter feet is a sheer miracle) and some of the Lavendar Honey sprays. Love the Olive Oil, Honeys and Risarium,Shea butter, as well as White Almond. Oh they all make me feel so refreshed after showering and all day long. Thank you for these superb products!

Please consider an IBB CLASSICS line with the ORIGINAL scents and formulas of Shea Butter with Almond, Double Latte, and Honey that would be offered on HSN alongside the newer organic formulas. I don't like the new organic lines of these groupings of products since the scent dies too quickly and the formulas, in my own personal opinion, are not necessarily any better. I've been a fan for many years and love many of your products. I hate to write anything negative (have given several 5 star reviews over the years), but I was disappointed with the Lilac products I purchased from your visit in Jan. The products seemed old, especially the Lilac powder (it smelled like cardboard). I was disappointed and a little upset because it does cost me money to have to send products back that shouldn't have been sent in the first place if they were old.(I'm still an IBB fan)

Just a suggestion that if you try a flavor and don't think you like it, try it again later! sometimes flavors seem different depending on the time of year; example the Coconut Mango, didn't think would like it but it is surprisingly wonderful! I believe Skip said he would check into bringing CARNATION last year. It is at the very top of my wish list! Thank you for granting my second wish, which was for a lighter fragrance in the Shea Butter because the Elariia version was much too strong for me to enjoy. The fragrance of the new Perlier products is true to the original, but just enough lighter that I can finally enjoy it and the extra shea butter content makes it one of my favorites. I'm looking forward to more organic formulas!

I love your products, especially double latte, oatmeal, and white almond. My suggestion is a small refillable container for hand cream, about .75-1.00 oz size. Maybe a small version of the large tubes but with a twist-off cap so you could squeeze the cream from the large tube into the small tube; or something like the small jars of body cream, but in plastic rather than glass. I WAS a diehard Shea Butter with Almond user but, I'm very disappointed with the new Shea Butter products. The shower gel is too thick to even come out of the bottle, especially in cold weather, and it barely lathers. The body balm behaves like a butter. The hand cream is nice in texture and drydown but it loses it's scent almost immediately. The scent is also fleeting in the gel and the balm. Please make the old products available on HSN so I can continue my Shea Butter obsession. Thanks!
