Note: This item will be brought to the first threshold of the customer's address. If the customer lives in a single family home, it will be brought to their front door. In a condo/apartment building, the item will be left in the lobby. A daytime phone number should be confirmed with the customer to aid in delivery. The customer should expect delivery within 21 days of the order date. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees if they request delivery outside of the provided delivery window. Due to the size of the item, it can only be delivered to street addresses in the continental U.S.
