How to Use

Facial Toning Tool 

The battery compartment is located on the handheld unit. To open compartment, release the catch-and-lift cover away from the unit. When inserting 9-volt battery prior to use, connect positive and negative contacts to the unit simultaneously, rather than 1 at a time. Press down firmly to snap them into place. Once contacts are connected, insert battery in the direction indicated on the inside of the battery compartment, and replace cover. If the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove the battery from the compartment. When removing, take gently from compartment. Then hold firmly onto the edge of the black connector patch with one hand while pulling the battery snaps away from the patch's snaps. Take care not to yank or pull it off with too much force when removing, as this might disconnect the wires. Use the Deep Skin Toning program (Program 1) over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Then use the Surface Skin Toning Program (Program 2) once a week or when skin looks tired. Maintain the results by using the Enhancing Routine (Program 3) 2 to 3 times a week. Use each program for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. Use 1 program per day.

Reverse Lift Reverse Cleanser

Apply a generous amount of Reverse Cleanser to dry or damp skin. Massage in all over face and neck, using small circular motions. Wipe clean with damp cloth or splash off with warm, clean water. Pat skin dry.

Reverse Lift Firming Pads

Gently swipe a Reverse Lift Firming Pad across freshly cleansed face and neck 1 to 2 times a day, avoiding the immediate eye area. Allow skin to dry before applying other beauty products.

• Do not use over areas of the skin that lack normal sensation or that have abrasions, burns, cuts, open wounds, recent scar tissue; are infected, swollen or irritated; or if you have sunburned skin, moles, varicose veins, warts, psoriasis or other skin disorders.
• Do not use following recent surgical procedures, as any massage or toning program may disrupt the healing process.
• Portable powered muscle stimulators should not be used while driving, operating machinery or during any activity in which involuntary muscle contractions may put the user at undue risk of injury.
• Do not use this appliance on the windpipe, on or over the mouth, on the eyes or on any other parts of the head or body.
• Some users may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity. This can usually be reduced by using an alternative conductive gel and applying moisturizing cream after using the product. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
• Do not use near or submerge in water or other liquids.
• Not for use on children.
• Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day.
