- Your new mattress will be brought directly to your home and set up in the room of your choice. You will receive a phone call to schedule a delivery time that's most convenient for you. This contracted service also includes removal and disposal of your old mattress, or you may choose to have it moved to another room. Please note, alternate room setup does not include furniture moving, assembly or disassembly.
The delivery of your mattress includes unpacking, debris removal and placement in the room of your choice. This delivery also includes removal and disposal of your old mattress. A daytime phone number is required to schedule the delivery appointment. This product is made to order and will be shipped within 14 days of the order date. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Due to the size of the item, it can only be delivered to street addresses in the continental U.S.
