i bought this for the chain. which isn't long enough. However, it seems nice (havn't worn it yet) good weight. not bad looking gold tone. not too "fat" not to teensy weensy. cut the fob off. never wanted it AT ALL. am going to use it in my manger scene next christmas (glued to a nickel or something as wise man gift to the baby.. you know.. gold, frankinsense, etc. etc.) i would NEVER wear that ball. BUT: i'm older so what do i know? she needs to offer LOTS of different lengths. it looks expensive and modern and hip etc. maybe it won't hold the gold for long. hope it does. even "let out" as long as you can is not enough. 32" would be great. the ending part of the chain and her personal identifying tag in gold is beautiful. just leave off the ball thingy - and find a way to slip it off instead of cut if you can. but i'd NEVER wear it. i wanted the chain for a crucifix. which looks GREAT,but not long enough
