Lime & Kiwi 3 stars, The fragrance definately does not last but the smell is light and refreshing. I do like the body mousse, the hand lotion is...well I would not purchase, thin and runny does not absorb in to the skin very well. Definately needs to have stronger smell/staying power. I enjoy many of IBB products. I also tried to vote and could not.

To comment on two notes from May 15 and 18: I second the wish to have the Lemon Vanilla spray back. I was hoping one of the lemon products you made would be this delicious scent! Also to the writer who thinks White Tea w/Bergamot has changed: I miss the lovely orange color of the body cream and the thicker consistency, but to me it is basically the SAME scent, although the scent might be just a tiny bit lighter. NEED THE EDP, please.

Hi Skip & Amanda, while I am a huge fan of IB bath and body products, please add my displeasure of the Kiwi Lime set to the growing list of customers. The scent of lime is nonexistent and is the kiwi ... it was too perfumey. As for the body milks and lotions you've been offering lately - I am not a fan. I prefer your original rich, silky body creams. If you cannot supply these to us on a constant basis I will have to find my body creams elsewhere.

I also did not care for the Kiwi & Lime. It was OK, but hardly a scent. I was expecting to like it since I like Lime. I gave the kit to my sister. I also like the body creams better than the thin lotions. The Verbena has been my favorite since the Customer Voice Program began.

Skip, I'm wondering why Perlier would include 25% shea butter in their new Shea with Coconut body balm. I would never apply a cream with 25% shea content in hot, humid weather when a coconut scent would normally be used. So, how about asking Perlier to come up with a much lighter coconut version for the hot weather?

Hello Skip and Amanda, I have loved your products for many years, but I'm in disbelief because you are ruining the line. You have changed the older fragrances and creams and they aren't better. They're weak in scent and performance. Even the diffusers vary in their performance. After 20 years, I'm now looking for products in other lines. I never thought I would change. Your line was the best.

I wish you would allow for comments when we vote on Customer Voice products. So you could know why we did or didn't like the selection. Also it would be great if there was actually a way to contact you and actually get answers back. The blog is OK but only a few very select questions are ever addressed. Will you ever put up a web site or more interactive blog where questions we have actually will be answered??? Did like the Lime & Kiwi selection. Loved the milk. Feels refreshing.

Loved the tour Skip. I started using your products about 25 years ago while I was living in Athens Greece. I traveled to Italy many times.I was never able to find your products here until about a year ago when I saw you and your mom on HSN. I now have a cabinet full of your products. Even though I have my favorites(pomagranite and oatmeal honey with coriander)I can always find a new scent to love. I love the Kiwi and Lime.The lotion is thinner but perfect for a South Carolina summer! Thanks!

HI SKIP AND AMANDA, I JUST RECEIVED YOURE LIME AND KIWI AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT DOESNT LIVE UP TO ITS NAME. THE SCENT IS WEAK AND THE LOTION IS VERY THIN. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE ORIGINAL KIWI WAS BY FAR THE BETTER PRODUCT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING IT BACK ! IKNOW THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ON WHO WOULD BUY THE REG. Love IB(B) but body much more body than face like TCINCP! Ditto too to GHSs request to keep classic Perlier body balms, creams as they are. Add to that list Olivarium, White Almond and many others including Pink Grapefruit. I was hoping Kiwi Lime would share that very formula not the light thin milk I received! I think if you were to take a poll not many would request milks and lotions over your wonderful creams and balms. I enjoy many of your body moisturizers but the classic cream is the BEST!

I do love your product, the bath and body more than the beauty, hence my liking of the old name, but.....I have a question-a long while back I bought a 6-pack of Honey bar soaps in all the flavors - my husband and I just LOVE them. When will you bring them back? PLEASE!!!!

As far as I'm concerned, the body balms in Risarium and Dark Chocolate are some of the best of the best IBB products. Please don't change those fantastic fomulas. I LOVE your newer body cream formulas with the added shea butter but, I need the old formula Rice and DC balms to help me through these awfully hot Florida summers since they are lighter on the skin and lighter in scent.

The Lime&Kiwi products are a HUGE disappointment. The anticipated fresh, light lime fragrance is non-existent in both the shower mousse and body cream which is also sticky and too runny. I've been in the program for over a year now and am wondering why the products are becoming atypical of what you can buy in local retail discount stores for a lot less money. This auto-ship program is not living up to your original standards.

Can't remember how I'm supposed to vote on the Customer Voice Program, so I'd like to tell you what I think of Kiwi Lime. The scent is OK, nothing great, but pleasant. But this is supposed to be a starter kit and all it has besides the shower gel is BODY MILK?????? I expected and want the usual body CREAM. I hope your future autoships don't include body MILKS!

What's in a name? Apparently a lot. I have not been fond of any of the formula, scent, or packaging changes since the switch to organic and the new name of Italian Beauty. I may just have to stick to my beloved Snowdrop alone, instead of dabbling in numerous flavors and scents. It will be sad day that my Snowdrop is changed. Please, I am begging for you to leave it alone! It is pure perfection as is!

I've noticed you have not had as many matching perfumes lately and I hope that will change soon. I would prefer having perfumes over other products. I can use body cream on my hands if I have to but perfume will help your scents last through the day. I think your products are excellent quality but its your scents I'm wildly addicted to! I am a long time customer requesting more perfumes and powders too in the non-flower scents.

Skip & Amanda....Where are your sun products? I am DESPERATE for the Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk..after sun milk with aloe vera by Elarila. I still have some of the Shea Butter Sunscreen but am completely out of the lotion! The After Sun lotion really mosturizes the skin/emphasizes the tan!! It is fantastic! All my friends love it! When will you bring it back? I have been using it for 5 years but nothing has been listed in your products so far this year. HELP!!????

I also love Honey Orange! Will you be expanding this line? Sugar scrub please? Dry oil too and butter! Please make talc for Honey Eucalyptus. How about the return of original Honey? Thats a completely different scent from the new organic. I liked seeing the masseria but please do not change original Olivarium.

Hi Skip and Amanda - My family loves your products, especially the Honey Orange body wash and body cream. I have a question for you. Last year I was lucky enough to purchase a bigbox of different, wonderful products, I think they were all overstocks, but you sold them along with bags and tissue paper. They included body wash, body cream, hand cream, hand wash, everything from Elaria to Olive Oil. I have used them for many last minutes gifts. Will you be offering this again? If so when?

Dear Skip and Amanda I have to beg! PLEASE stop changing the scents? Its too much! Especially so many at once! Shea is diluted which we could easily do on our own with a little Neutraline. White Tea Bergamot is completely different and what will be next? I don't even want to think about it! Please consider our concerns.

To echo a few others - I also love the new Lemon Sorbet Lotion and hope for the return of Lemon Vanilla Body Spray to use with it. Coconut Mango Body Cream is better than Velour. Original WT Bergamot was one of the best smelling lines ever and this new one is not very similar. Please bring back all original White Bergamot products.

I love the new Lemon Sorbet line. My Mom bought this set as a gift for me and I absolutely love it. Its really nice for the warmer weather. The lotions seems much creamier than ones I tried in the past. I really like the formula...it leaves a nice satin feel to the skin that lasts and lasts. The only other thing that would make this new line perfect is a matching talc powder. Hopefully, Skip and Amanda will add this to the lemon sorbet line soon!

I second the recommendation by MGCT that the Coconut Mango body CREAM be returned to HSN. The newer velour formula is too greasy feeling for my taste. It never quite sinks in. The scent fades too quickly, too. Please bring back the beloved body CREAM in the Coconut Mango! Please also make the ORIGINAL shea butter formula products available in the fashion discount chain stores market. Then I can grab some when I shop for my original honey, lavender and white almond favorites. THANKS!

I am in agreement with Queen of Latte, I am so hoping for the return of our all time favorites in the original formulations. I just checked and noticed that the duo sold out; but, from the item number it appears that was the original formula. I am hoping that the powers to be are at the very least reviewing our comments and giving careful consideration to our requests. Why not show the fans how really much they are appreciated and honor their requests.

PLEEEEEEASE bring back the original formula for autoship purchase again. Out of recent flood of questionably beneficial product reformulations, pink peony emerged in a beautifully. Notes unfold more slowly, but in my opinion the sweet note of the true peony seems to stand out. Also at the top of my list is the olivarium fig formula..light, refreshing and slightly sweet/herbal. My lament-new shea will never compare to the fragrant original. I won't be purchasing the new shea or double latte, unless a fragrance spray is offered. Does anyone else in IB land concur?
