Hi Girlfriends,

Hi Girlfriends, I am thrilled with your response to our new Secret C Rapid Lift, the new addition to our Rapid Transport C Infused Vitamin C Collection. Your feedback is very important to us and we are delighted to hear that so many of you are seeing positive results.
 
I recently returned from France where I visited skin care and makeup companies to find the latest cutting edge products and ingredients to bring back to my American girlfriends at HSN. Adrienne, Purchased the Try It kit of Argan oil basics and I love all of them. I'm always worried when I buy a product that it will feel too heavy on my skin. The Argan oil capsules are wonderful and make my skin feel like silk. I also love the makeup remover pads. The day cream is not too greasy as I have found with many other otc products that I buy and then end up throwing out. But, the meltdowns are my absolute favorite. I'm 40 yrs old and love your products. However, I'm having difficulty with your make-up shades and as I've read the reviews on cream make and jet-tech make powder, there's a great demand for a color that is between the fair and medium that you offer. Please make a shade somewhere in between like medium/light or medium/fair. Then, your make-up products would reach more people and will be a perfect 10. Thank you.

I have very fair skin and cannot wear even your fair foundations, but I do love your eye products, melt-downs, moisturizers, and especially your Crystal Facets skin brightening powder. It looks great on my fair skin--so much better than regular compact powders! Why is it that this product is so scarcely offered online at HSN? Please bring it back more often!!! Thank you.

I am and have been LOVING many of Adrienne's products at HSN since 1988. I am 63 and not a single wrinkle or a crows foot! Only few dark areas that are covered by anchorwoman blue and industrial strength concealer. My husband often shares my 5 essentials cream, too. Medium is often too dark for me. More LIGHT makeup please!

The Platinum Elastilift 500 was the last one. The product was terrific - what a huge difference an instant eye lift can make!!! I wait for your shows and this time the products I use were not even in your kits!! Adrienne, You used to make a confetti eyeshadow. I think that's what it was called. It had lots of different colors mixed into the eyeshadow. So, you could virtually wear the same eyeshadow every day and it looked gorgeous. I haven't seen you offer it in forever. Are you EVER going to bring it back? PLEASE!!!! Which is better to use when you are 50 and have dry skin would it be the Vit C kit from signature A or the Argon oil kit. They both are anti aging but I am confused on what to order. I love the fact that Signature A uses older models it is so much more realistic than the other channels models.

I too was a fan of the royal jelly line. I just pulled out my mask that I heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds and have been using it the last 2 weeks but I am out of the product that is put on my face underneath the warm mask. It is sooooooo relaxing and it makes me feel like I've given myself that very much needed special treatment. Also, I need something for my dry heels. What can you recommend? Love you and love your products. By the way, I was drooling over the jewelry show.

Hi Adrienne, I bought your 4-pk of body cremes a couple years ago, & just recently opened the Vanilla one, which was all watery but my husband loved it & got some great massages from it. Today I opened the Mandarin Orange, & oh my goodness, it is beyond fabulous! I thought it didn't get any better than your Lemon Verbena, but the Orange is unbelievably rich, thick & wonderful! Would love to see a kit of all Verbena &/or Orange products, preferably with the sprays! Keep up the great work! Love ya

Oh Adrienne, please please bring back the Over 40 Only Vitamin C and Silicone Line Fill Foundation it covered perfectly! I don't need something light and sheer. I need something to cover spots and rosacea. The medium shade was not at all orangey or pale and did not accentuate large pores. I have saved the last little bit for special occasions. I'm sad that I cannot use it everyday.

Please bring back the original Vanilla fragrance that you had when you first came to HSN or make one that smells exactly like the 5 Essentials Creme but for the body and hair. I also miss the fragrance of this in the bath and shower gel, hairspray, and shampoo. This fragrance is right up there next to my Chanel No. 5. I've tried your new vanilla, and it's just not as good.

HI Adrienne, I am very dissapointed that you no longer and apparently will no longer sell the jet tech wet set sheer moist aloe puffed powder singles. I can't always afford to order a complete $50 to $70 set when I'm out. I have many duplicates of other items because lots of times it is cheaper to buy a set verses a single item in some cases.I would love to hear a response regarding this product if you will EVER bring back the singles.

Hey Adrienne, love your products. I have very sensitive skin and love your coconut meltdown cleaser. I also love your caviar day and night cream, but I have been out of them for a long time. They aren't heavily scented and easy on my skin. You had some this last visit, but I missed out on getting them. PLEASE, PLEASE bring these 2 caviar items back!!!! and any other caviar products. Adrienne, I love your products and I love when you are on presenting them whether I am buying that day or not. But what I want to mention tis time is my surprise at runing across your fur coats. I had no idea you had a coat line. I have seen the jewelery but not the coats. I ordered the animal design yesterday and I cannot wait to try it on. I loved it when i saw it. Hi Adrienne: I also have been an avid follower/customer of yours for several years. Interestingly enough, I read a comment from an additional admirer of your products and am also wondering when the Pear Scent Body Cream is coming back. I simply adored it and lavished myself in the scent and was so disappointed when I ran out. I have not seen it offered in any of your shows for quite a while now. Please bring it back --- I intend to stock up!

Adrienne, I have been using your products for several years. Love them all. However, there is one that I am especially fond of...the Severe Dry Eye Patches. However, you no longer sell them. Hello Adrienne. I have been a customer since you first started selling your products in Minnesota. I would drive 6 hours round trip to shop at the old Dayton's store as that was the nearest store to get them. I haven't seen one of my favorite products now for almost a year. Will you be featuring the body creme in the pear scent any time soon? I would love to know when to tune in so I don't miss it. Your products are the best.
