I am 65 and I have been useing your products for years. They are wonderful and great on my skin. Your Eyes Alive are marked as excellant on the internet. I do have one question, I have atomatic shipments on the eyes alive duo. The last two times I have received the eye pads, parts are dry and not as much liquid comes out. One whole pack I had to throw away, they were extremely dry and very little liquid. I did e-mail you but never got a reply. So my question is {what is happening?

I absolutely LOVE the Golden Root Renewal and the mud. The daily moisturizer and night cream are too heavy for me ( I am 52 yoa and have oily skin). PLEASE put together a kit with the renewal serum, pads and mud...maybe double serum & pads but WITHOUT the moisturizer and night cream. I recently got my 34 yoa daughter started on your products and she loves them too! Thanks for creating superb products from nature!

I have been using Wei East for a little over a year now, I use a variety of all of your lines. The Golden Root Revitalilizing Mud is the best ever. I am 52 and work in the public and have had comments that I beautiful skin. Just last weekend a friend commented that I have no wrinkles. I know some are there but Wei East is keeping them at bay. Dear Wei,I am 58 years old and my skin is quickly changing.I have used other HSN lines,but lately they are not working.I have watched you,and ordered some of the chestnut line and do like it.The night cream seems to heavy and I break out.Would China Herbal work for me at my age?A friend gave me some White Lotus,but that too seemed to heavy.My skin now has tissue texture & my pores are getting larger.I would like to know what I could use on upper arms as well?Hoping for suggestions.Thanks.

Wei: Please, please make available on a permanent basis the Extra Firming Cream. I love this product and it seems the only time I can get it is with a 'package' deal. Please make the larger jar of this available so we can get it when we need it. I'm almost out of it now and I am panicking. I've had skin problems all my life (i.e. eczema/acne) but I've found that this product, in particular, is wonderful for me.

I must agree with Mary K of PA and Debbie of OH! PLEASE bring back the 'Flawless By Nature Duo' Powder Foundations in 'Medium' and 'Tan'. I have searched online for months and cannot find them. I recently purchased the 'Deep' color to mix with the 'F1 and F2' shades I already have but cannot use. I have been loyal to your product line since your first show on HSN but the 'Duo' systems in 'Flawless By Nature' powder foundations MUST return. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Wei, I've tried the Triple Lotus 7 Day Shock Treatment and haven't noticed much difference.I usually use China Herbal and am 61. I have noticed the kits no longer are cost effective for me to buy. The products in the kits are mostly those I don't use; the sizes much smaller; I don't find the golden root products good for my skin as others say they are for them. Pls go back to old kit compos. Golden root user - I love this product and have to agree with other users that have posted their comments. We want more products from this wonderful line. I have patchy spots on my face and this product has helped to reduce the appearance of them. But I also have two dark patches on my lips thanks to having children late in life. I can't tell you how much your White Ltus products have helped my skin this Winter. I don't usually buy products for dry skin. The White Lotus products bring moisture, but don't over do it. No oily skin. It's great.

I am very happy with the products but i think they could be even better with improved supporting materials. When i am making an investment in a new skin system, I need more information on the products, how to use them, etc. And most of us using these products are over 40 and can't read very small print. A truly woman-focused company will add information and make it easily readable. A great investment in us! This would be a wonderful new year gift to your new and returning customers, Wei!

I really love the gentle, but thorough exfoliation I have seen with Wei's exfoliating grains (I have tried the pomegranate and the mulberry). Please bring back kits that contain the exfoliating grains... or better yet a kit with all the different grains!

It's amazing that with all the skin care lines in the world, that God pointed me (& many of us) to your line. Please make a Golden Root toner, lip cream, body cream and bath/shower gel. Also a body lotion with sunscreen would be nice. And a hand cream. And a body scrub. I just love the Golden Root products you have now and want MORE.

Now for my request I'd like to see a spot treatment for breakouts I am in my 30's and from time to time I get a blemish so if you could look into thank I know I would love that. Also if you would think about bringing back the big China Herbal cleanser. Thanks
