Dear Skip and Amanda, I am so disappointed that my Elariia Shea Butter AutoShip has been discontinued. I know that Shea Butter is now under the Perlier line, and the formula has been improved, but I still want my AutoShip!!! I did not receive any notification of this, and was quite shocked to find it missing from my list when I was managing my orders online. I sincerely hope you will be able to offer an AutoShip Duo of the body cream and the bath/shower cream. (Double Latte, also) Thank you!

Amanda and Skip. I love your risarium black rice but this is a question more important than our beauty. We have a show hosted by Bill Maher on HBO on satellite and Bill is always trying to find someone in helping our bees here in the United States. He is alarmed how and why are bees are dying. I'm aware that you have mentioned your bees are thriving. Would you please contact Bill Maher and together maybe a resolution can be found. I know he and I would greatly appreciate this.

Hi Amanda and Skip, Ever since I started using Elaria, I have been addicted to it! My husband loves it as well on his skin too. I do have a question for the both of you. I hawen't seen the Shea butter and Tuberose scent sets. All I have seen is the hand wash in the 1-bottle set. Are you discontinuing it? I surely hope not. It's sinfully delightful! Please let me know. I would hate to have to give it up. Although you have other wonderful products, the Tuberose has been my favorite.

I do not like the Elaria cedarwood. It is very strong scent for a man.It is very soft to the skin. My skin was very dry and I put the body cream on and it help with my dry hand.

Hi Skip and Amanda, I cannot find shea butter treatment with the almond scent. Do you still have this? This is the first product of yours that I tried six years ago and I would like to keep using it. Italian Bath and Body is all that I have used for the several years. Wouldn't trade it for anything else!!

I love IBB products and have used them for years. But could you pleeze work on putting out a Hyacinth-smelling product? That is my all-time favorite scent and it's getting so hard to find something that even comes close. Also, on your kits, could you include the talc as part of the kit as I find that layering makes the scent last longer.

I love IB&B! Skip could you think about a daylily scent? I used one from another company and got such nice comments and then they stopped making it. I like the new lemon. Dark Chocolate skin cream has a different smell than it did when it first came out. I send IB&B to my Mom for all occasions! Plus, with gas so expensive I shop HSN all I can!

I received the Lemon Sorbetto as part of the customer voice program and I love citrus scents. Don't be afraid to have more scent in the cream--I think it needs it. The shower gel is delish! (Perfect for this hot, humid weather we are having.) The cream reminds me of the banana velour in a way. I think the citrus will be very popular for those of us who like lemony things.

I just used my Lemon Sorbetto CV shipment and omg I LOVE the scent and the new body cream texture is fantastic! So light and airy and perfect in the hot humid weather! There is no residue at all - much lighter than the Banana body velour. The scent of lemon is so true on and my husband loves it - not too sugary sweet either. I was also looking forward to getting the Lemon Sorbetto but was expecting a pick me up fragrance. This barely has any fragrance to it and I'm not use to the light fluffy mousse texture yet so I have to keep dipping in for more. I was hoping for a crisp and clean lemon with a bit more fragrance to exhilirate the senses (without being overpowering).

Like Kathy in NY - I've also tried everything yet wish for the return of White Tea Lemon and also Bergamot. I ordered the White Tea Bergamot items available in May. Wonderful! Sandi in IL you make a great point! I hope Skip and Amanda read the all FIVE star reviews for the Bergamot items during the short time they were available and decide to also bring us EDT and body cream. There really is nothing else like it!!!

I just cast my vote for Lemon Sorbetto and I love it! What's not to like here? It is light, lemony, cool and refreshing. Lemon Sorbetto is well absorbed and the body cream, or mousse is perfect for summertime. So, we did not get a huge shower gel. This is a great value just the same. Keeping my fingers crossed that Lemon Sorbetto makes the grade!

I was looking foward to getting the lemon sorbeto, but once I received it, I have to say that I was slightly disappointed. I love the formulas for the mousse and shower gel, but I was expecting more with the smell. I wish it had more of a sweet smell with the lemon besides just the lemon scent.

Amanda, imagine, if you will,that Snowdrop suddenly became unavailable except for shower gel and if you were really lucky,a body cream duo with the gel.That's how it has been for me with Blue Iris. I am devastated that I cannot get the talc,hand cream and especially the EDT anymore.More shower gel and body cream is not what we need!!PLEASE complete the set.

The new Lemon Sorbet bath gel smells just like plain lemon juice, but it needs some ZEST. Like from the peel. Would also prefer a cream bath over a bath gel in Lemon. The body mousse has a very light smell and goes away quickly.

I was disappointed in the Lemon Sorbetto CV set. The shower gel was great. But, the body cream/mousse leaves a coated feeling on the skin that doesn't work in humidity. It makes the skin sweat, even indoors in the A/C. The RIGHT move was putting shea butter and sesame oil and jojoba oils into your Cucumber and Mint and Pink Grapefruit body creams last month. I don't like the cheaper, mousse formulas at all. They are NOT up to IBB standards.

Sorry, I have been using honey miel body balm, hand soap, and black rice face cream. I cannot reorder any of these, they will not be back. This is not good customer service. I am going to find another vendor for these products. I really like this line but if it's not available it doesn't matter how much I like it. Really wish this problem would be corrected but I guess, with so much sold, this will not happen.

Where are the ORIGINAL SHEA BUTTER products? Our cable company does not carry HSN since we moved out to the lake (I didn't know this when we moved). I have called and requested HSN monthly. I have tried the other scents and I didn't like them. I LOVE ORIGINAL SHEA BUTTER, please bring it back. I shop on line.

Please change the packaging on the Black Rice. The gold and brown look like an old product from the 1970's! And it should be black, not brown since it's called Black Rice!

I ordered 2 of the TS's and boy am I happy ! I love the pink grapefruit ! I actually also love the reg. grapefruit and would like a body cream to go with that also. Us TALC people want more fruity talcs Skip, see what you can do for us loyal customers. I also ordered Rosa de Maggio and then HSN called me and said I would have to go to wait list. I am so dissapointed, but I will be patient. I know that there are great Perlier values on the Bay, those who want singles should ck it out !

I was on vacation in Florida and started to get a sun poisoning rash on my arm. I had shea butter body lotion with spf15 and I was surprised that it kept my rash from spreading. I just thought everyone should know. I love shea butter already; but this made it all the more special.

The new Pink Grapefruit is nice and light, but still want a body cream to match the Yellow Grapefruit. Please keep making that. I prefer the yellow grapefruit if I had to choose one.

I think everyone cares about the environment--we do live in it. Let's just all be green together. Skip and Amanda, I hope you don't consider small hand creams in tubes. That would be expensive to put a little bit of cream in a small tube. I empathize those who want them, but there are other methods.

Your Honey with Oatmeal and Coriander products, especially the creams, are divine! The Royal Jelly in them makes my skin very smooth feeling and it also looks very healthy. The hand cream even helped nicely in the healing process for some post plastic surgery spot burns I had on the backs of my hands. Please consider carrying these superb products on a more regular basis. I can't live without them. THANKS!

Please, Please, Please bring Amber and Myrrh back in the diffusers. I know others have requested this so add my voice. I have never liked a scent as well as this one before. The overall quality is great. Very long lasting (but not forever). If you bring this back can you send emails to those of us that have requested it?

Please leave your products as is. I wouldd rather have a preservative than have to throw it out because it has become contaminated. Tree huggers need to realize that they are only 10 percent of the population and though they are loud, they don't speak for the other 90 percent of the population.

When the TS sells out, some customers cancel their orders and these are back in quantity the next day. It is a good idea to make your choices early so you won't be disappointed and this is what I do.

Please consider removing Parabens, BHT and Petroleum/Mineral oil from ALL of your products... If not, please stop using the term Natural when describing IBB products on air as is very misleading. Grapeseed Extract is a wonderful, NATURAL preservative. IMHO there is no sense using Certified Organic Honey in your products when they also contain all these synthetic ingredients. Hopefully you're reading our comments and Thanks if you are!

I love the mandarin ginger scent. I sprinkle my bedsheets with the powder and it makes my room smell so wonderful. The bath salts make my skin so soft. I would love to have the scent in a spritzer. I purchased the variety of the perfume just to get the mandarin ginger and loved it. Please bring a bigger bottle by itself for purchase. Skip & Amanda, you are just wonderful people...... Thank you !!!

I have been using your bath and body products ever since you were on the other shopping network. I truly love them. I use nothing else. I would like to see you offer a mixture of flavors in the hand creams like you do in the body creams in a small size. They would be ideal for carrying in my purse. Now I have to wait until a tube is nearing empty to carry one in my purse so it doesn't take up too much room or weigh too much.

I have been a part of the IBB program since it's inception and have enjoyed many of the fragrances. I would like to see the items in that program sold separately once they become a part of the Italian Bath and Body lineup. I inevitably run out of the moisturizer before the shower gel. I'm especially looking for the Verbena, Pumpkin and Mimosa. Keep up the good work!!

The fact that Shea butter and Jojoba oil are both in the new Pink Grapefruit Body Cream and that Shea butter and sesame oil are in the new Cucumber Mint body cream indicates to me that you understand your customers desires for only using the BEST ingredients. I bought both the PG and the CM Today's Special kits for the quality ingredients. Please ditch the notion of switching to the inferior formulas of the mousse body creams and keep up the quality of your products. THANKS AGAIN
