How do I get your pumps to work? I have several Snow Drop pumps I can not get unlocked. Otherwise, I love many of your products, Snow Drop being my favorite, but if I can't get these last 2 pumps to work, plus the one lotion I'm using, I won't order any more pump products from you.

Just a simple, practical request. Please put all your body creams in flat-topped jars. Rounded tops may look better, but those round tops are not conducive to stacking!!!!!! And I've got a lot of body creams to stack! LOL

I would like to ask that you host a retrospective elariia gift set. To reintroduce some of the original flavors to people that may have missed them. I can't tell you how much I miss Juniper and Royal Lily. Even Oatmeal is easier to get than that. As I remember there were about 6 flavors and I'd really like to see them back.

Hi everyone - I hope you are all well. Just wondering -- Why was an old scent sent for the Customer Voice program instead of one of the new scents? I think most of us who belong to the CV program REALLY like IBB so, if the others are like me, I already have the Blackberry from when it was offered months ago. I purchased the pomegranate TS with the eye and lip cream. Very disappointed because of all the light deflectors. When I look in the mirror all I see are these sparkles shining back at me like stars twinkling in the sky. They also settled in my wrinkles. Not a good look. You say your new Red Gold line will be for the mature woman. We don't want all these sparkles anywhere on our face. They just make us look older. Looking forward to trying the Red Gold line but... please NO SPARKLES. Thanks

I recieved the TSV today.In your presentation your stated that this was an all organic product and in the future all your products were going into this direction. On the box for the Body Mousee it states From 100% organic Pomegranate extract. This is right the pomegranates are organic. But, the whole product is not organic. It still has alot of ingredients that aren't. On the bottom of the box it lists all the ingredients. Please be clearer on the next presentation. Thank you!

I watched your TSV and want to express to you how happy it made me that you now have a product line that supports the list of products now deemed good for the body...and leaving out the questionable ones........like the parabens......etc. Lots of lines are very slow to pick up on this - and it is much needed - and long overdue. I am appreciative of your respecfulness to those of us who search to do the best we can with products we use. I wasn't able to buy it, but I know it will be a big hit!

Hi Skip & Amanda, Please make a natural body cream with a spf-15, 7 oz. Mint, all the different Honey sents or Coconut, something cooling when I walk. A small size is best. I like to use different ones. I love the one I have of Double Latte. Please think about sending a hand soap with a pump & a lotion for the Customer Voice Program. I love your pump hand soaps. I won't use or buy anti-bacteral soaps. You are the best. Thank you for all you do! :]

I would love to have a refill for my bergamot diffuser. You talked about how lovely the bottles are, and I agree, which makes it even more of a waste to just throw away the bottle and sticks. Refills, please!!! And where's bergamot? I haven't seen it since I bought mine over a year ago. I loved the light fragrance it gave to my guest bath, and I found it lasted for months.

when are you coming back with your perlier bars of soap or any other bars. My husband is alergic to certain perfumes that are in the bars that you get from the store. His face turns red when he washes his face. He has been using your soap now for over a year and really likes the products it makes his face feel soft and no redness now I have not seen it for a while. Why are you taking away a good thing? I had him trh another bar that you had on clearance and he liked that. I need more.

My favorites are Dark Chocolate in Perlier and Gardenia in Elariia. Now I've discovered Cherry, which has always been one of my favorite flavors. I have shower gel, hand cream and the new Cherry Pulp moisturizing hand cream gel. I would REALLY like to buy some more of the Cherry Pulp hand cream gel, but it is only available in kits with other things. I noticed that the Banana and Grapefruit are available in a two pack why not the Cherry Pulp hand cream gel? PLEASE bring out a DUO or trio!!!!!

I'm going crazy crazy crazy to get some more of the Almond Mist that came with a kit with several Shea Butter items. I have worn the same fragrance for 25 years, and suddenly THAT MIST is the only fragrance my husband wants to smell on me. I love my clothes smelling like it and love to spray my linens with it, but I assumed I would be able to get more, so I just kept on spraying and it seems to be non-existent......It's not a want! It's a need!! I've looked for a true Almond scent FOREVER!!!

Please consider removing Parabens, BHT and Petroleum/Mineral oil from ALL of your products... If not, please stop using the term Natrual when describing your products on air as is very misleading. Love, love, love your pink peony!!! Have been using it for years!!! Wish you'd consider a dusting powder in this peony and also a hand creme. I feel so special when I shower with this gel and have just ordered the body lotion. Also have the perfume spray and love that! I absolutely LOVE Snowdrop!!! My question is, why is it not as strong as in the small sample jars? I fell in love with it, but really appreciate it being stronger. I have all the kit, from the body gel, body balm, spray, etc., and I DO get alot of compliments when someone hugs me, but I really want people to smell me when I pass them. They tell me they don't. I am enjoying the Bergamot products I ordered recently. Sorry to seem ungrateful but as wonderful as it is to see White Tea BERGAMOT again I think its unlikely many people would order w/o body cream as an option. If I hadn't been a big fan of WT Berg from years back I would not likely try on talc and bath alone. For scent, cream and EDT are more important. Please take the mineral oil out of the Milk & Strawberry products. Also the Coffee and Vanilla flavors. The new flavors, apricot and mango do not have mineral oil. Please change the older flavors to this new formula.

Wouldn't a Neutraline shimmer lotion be good? Personally I like shimmer to be optional. In fact many other Neutraline products would be wonderful most of all a sugar scrub. A bar soap too. I'm also adding a request to the list for White Tea Bergamott Spray.

Not only are there plenty of customers who DON'T LIKE the mousse formula but, Bath & Body Works has the same formulation for all their lotions, the same for all their body creams, etc. Do you want to emulate them? I agree with all the loyal customers like me who have shopped with Skip and Amanda for years. Some of us love all the old scents and have gotten our relatives used to older scents. Now when we have to buy a special someone a gift, and they ask for one of the older scents it is frustrating to tell them we cannot get it anymore. I love alot of the older products like Juniper and Jasmine like lot of other bloggers ! The quality is fantastic !

The new Honey lines are wonderful. I too would like the Organic Honey After Bath Spray again like some others mentioned on here. And also the Honey Cinnamon body cream or lotion that is available in a gift set in Canada but has not yet been offered on HSN. I understand what you are saying, Marie from FL, but we spend allot of money with HSN & IBB & buy quite a bit & in many scents. I agree with the Rain, Rain, go Away. This scent is simply horrible to many of us yet, we cannot get scents that we love & would like the chance to buy again. Once a year, to have many of our favorites back is not asking allot. We don't have the boards any longer to communicate & with the vlogs being weeks old before we even hear them, is ridiculous. We are entitled.

Marie- Fl. I have never heard so many people complaining about everything! Have you ever thought that maybe that is why HSN deleted the other blog? If you don't like what Skip and Amanda bring on their visits just simply don't buy anything. I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets tired of all the complaining!! Skip and Amanda are the best and I greatly appreciate what they do to try to please each and every one of us. THINK before you speak and always remember you are free to go elsewhere.

RE Olivarium shampoo I love it.Basically the only shampoo I use so I need to stock up. In your last TV visit you featured some Olivarium, but not the shampoo. None available on HSN website. Please bring it back!

i love all ur products & think the prices are great. people need to realize that the cost of everything is going up, and that all of these products are shipped into the states which isnt cheap. also, i think everyone needs to remember that neither of you HAVE to answer any of the questions ur customers asks, U make a very big effort to be attentive to us & i am very greatful. now dont think this is me trying to preach but come on now. show some respect for the effort that these two put forth!!

I really miss the exchange of information on the former bulletin board. There seems to be so much frustration in not being able to get a definitive response. Old favorites have been excluded completely and we are bombarded with too many new lines that are all predictable and mediocre. Does IBB really care what we like?

I love IBB but have a teensy question/complaint about a sales tactic. I got a scratch and sniff card in my last order saying that Pink Grapefruit and Soy were going the be the next TSV. Why offer them separately first then? I ordered the Pink Grapefruit Body Cream and now I find out I could have had the entire line for (on easy pay) not much more than I paid for the cream. Is this you or HSN? It's a little disappointing.

There are too many new scents (most of them ok except the Rain) but now there are just too many scents. We rather have some of our old favorites that we fell in love with and not as many new ones. Maybe for the Anniversary in November, we can see some of our oldies but goodies! What was the final poll on Rain? I hope it will not become a scent. We rather see some of our favs and not a new one.

It is VERY frustrating to become ADDICTED to a scent/flavor only to have it disappear and not available at HSN or anywhere else (except Italy, maybe). Why not just bring the whole line to a central warehouse and make it available, since no one else in the US seems to have what we want--like wild juniper? JMHO, but probably shared by others.

In this most recent Vlog, you comment/answer on the 3 year shelf life of your products was cut or edited so we really couldn't hear your answer. Please answer that one again. I think people were complaining because they received products that were manufactured almost 3 years ago, hence about to expire.

DEAR SKIP - A few years back you said you think White Tea with Bergamot is THE sexiest scent a woman could wear. I'll never forget that as I was joyfully wearing it at that moment (and practically daily at the time) and have to agree its way up there! Thank you for the recent talc and bath! Hello Skip and Amanda. Looking forward to the return of amber and myrrh. Next to Snowdrop, Lilac is another favorite fragrance and the Lilac Body Powder is just great. The La Voglia Matta Strawberry Bath and Shower Cream and Body Mousse is just luscious. I have been using Perlier for 23 years and Elariia ever since you launched it on HSN and your products just keep getting better and better. Thank you so much. Take care.

Please bring more shea butter (sweet almond milk scent) and mandarin ginger. How about mandarin ginger bar soap and hair care like the honey line; which I love, especially the honey eucalyptus and honey limon. When will plain lavender be back? I haven't seen any for a while. Can't wait to see your show at the end of May.

I am going to add my voice to the chorus of those requesting Wild Juniper. We have campaigned for Lavender, Oatmeal with Coriander and Honey, and Cucumber Mint. Surely, there must be some plain Wild Juniper left somewhere so that we can experience this classic one more time.

PLEASE have HSN list ingredients for ALL of your products.... There ARE people out there with allergies who do actually read what's in your producs before making a purchase, or to see if the base oils and/or extracts are even worth the asking price. I'm sure this would also save on returns most times. Thanks!

I thought I heard Wild Juniper would be back sooner also. There is an overwhelming number of eager fans hoping to see this line again as indicated on every blog! What ever you could do to bring this line back to us sooner would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Skip and Amanda. I was disappointed that you didn't mention what has happened to Blue Iris, as I and many others are wanting it so badly. I sure would appreciate getting an answer as Blue Iris EDT was one of the few I could wear without an allergic reaction. Perhaps bringing back some favorites might be better than introducing soooo many new fragrances!! Thanks and best wishes to you and yours.

The new formula for the Black Rice Lip Cream does NOT work! Plain water feels better and tastes MUCH better. I loved the old formula, but will be canceling the auto delivery for the new formula.

I just want to let you know how much I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the Shea Butter products and have the shower cream and lotion on auto ship. I also enjoyed the Elaria Wild Orchids but can only find the talc duo. When will you be bringing back the Wild Orchids? My mother, sister and cousin are waiting also. I am soooooo disappointed to hear that Wild Juniper is not coming back soon. I campaigned hard for that one back on the old board and we were told in spring or summer of this year. This is my all time favorite scent that you have and so many others have become quite enamoured of it as well. Please, pretty please with sugar on top bring it back soon. Oh, and am so happy to see the new offerings in Cucumber and Mint -- how wonderful!
