Moonlight Festival

Dear Friends,

For more than three thousand years, Chinese families have celebrated the beauty of life with a special autumn Moon Festival. Some of my most precious memories as a little girl growing up in China go back to these joyful times.

Each year, my parents would set up a special outdoor tea party for my sisters and me under the round harvest moon. With brightly lit lanterns clutched tightly in our hands and the moonlight beaming down on us, we would wander around the silvery lake of our local park with friends and family, listening to ancient stories of love and beauty.

Please join me in celebrating our 4th annual Wei East Moonlight Festival starting September 18th through the 20th. Can't wait to see you all there.

Wei Your products are great! My skin has never looked better. I am 49 years old and I get comliments all the time. When people ask what I use on my skin I am proud to brag on your products. Thanks for the travel size products. They will also make great gifts. I love the larger kits on flex pay.

I wish we could make our own kits ...maybe offer 3 dif creams at the same price point and we could choose which one is best for us. Am I supposed to use the golden root serum AND the lotus moisturizer? I think so .. a serum doesnt have moisturizer. You need an eye kit, golden root + one cream of our choice

I love the golden root,china herb but my problem is that I have acne and my skin is sensitive and dry. I only use golden root and china herb aroud my neck and forehead I would like to know if you have any product that control acne.

I recently ordered the Golden Root Renewal kit and I loved the mud facial mask. My cousin spent the night & we had a great time giving each other a facial and our faces were fresh looking and very soft even through the next day. I am wondering if we can order it by itself or if it even comes in a larger container. The whole kit is great.

Sunday morning as I was putting on my makeup getting ready for Church, I was really enjoying my Wei East Triple Lotus Serum. It made my face feel wonderful. I only had a little left in the tube so I decided to put the rest of it on my legs. During the Church service as I would cross my legs, I just wanted to sigh out loud, Oh, that feels so good, but thought I might get a few funny looks. I Love Wei East Triple Lotus!

Tell us how to read the codes printed on your bottles to know when the product was made. I want to use up the oldest first, but can't tall what is the oldest by these codes. Thanks.

Love the Golden Root Daily Restoration Serum & Treatment pads. PLEASE make this as a stand-alone product for those of us who use this. I have resorted to using only at night to stretch them out because I don't need the other products in the kits yet. It looks like I will need to go to every other day at night only now. Please ask HSN to sell this item by itself as well as part of a kit.

Hooray for Triple Lotus!!! I love the Triple Lotus (gel or serum) that you offered in a kit on your last visit. I love the way it makes my skin feel. I use it morning and night and think I will run out before your next HSN visit. Would you consider an autoship on this product. I haven't tried the strips yet. But I love that other stuff! Please make all your inner lids on your face creams with pull tabs. I have a jar of China Herbal day cream and it has a round disc on it with no tab. It's so hard to get that lid off.

I have been using your products for about 1 month and love the results. The other day, I used my OLD products that I used to use, and my face broke out the next day. The Wei East Products don't clog my pores or cause pimples. My pores look smaller too. Never going back to the OLD again, Wei East only from now on!

Dear Wei: I would have loved to see your 4th annual Wei East but we were out of power for 18 days after hurricane Ike. I am really looking forward for you next show. I am specially intrested in eyes alive. I bought this product a while back in a package promotion and I loved it. I later purchased it again in a duo package offer, my daughter wanted it too. Please consider making a small portable product for powder foundation for your purse for touch-ups during the day. Maybe something with a brush and a place to fill foundation powder in the handle? Or just a mini container of foundation powder with a brush that would go in your purse. Thanks.

The Golden Root day cream w/Spf is great, but it comes out too fast in that tube. Could you possibly change it to something with a smaller hole? Tends to collect inside the cap also. It seems thin enough to put in a tube similar to the rice or eyes alive products. Or even a pump bottle would be nice. Thanks.
