Moonlight Festival

Dear Friends,

For more than three thousand years, Chinese families have celebrated the beauty of life with a special autumn Moon Festival. Some of my most precious memories as a little girl growing up in China go back to these joyful times.

Each year, my parents would set up a special outdoor tea party for my sisters and me under the round harvest moon. With brightly lit lanterns clutched tightly in our hands and the moonlight beaming down on us, we would wander around the silvery lake of our local park with friends and family, listening to ancient stories of love and beauty.

Please join me in celebrating our 4th annual Wei East Moonlight Festival starting September 18th through the 20th. Can't wait to see you all there.

Hello Wei, I absolutely love your product. It has helped me feel better and look younger. I couldn't believe it when someone thought my 14 month granddaughter was mine. I'm 46 by the way. Talk about a surprise. I never thought I looked that young. I have lost 40 lbs. since June and I believe your products have helped to keep my skin looking fresh and tight. I wish we could make our own kits ...maybe offer 3 dif creams at the same price point and we could choose which one is best for us. Am I supposed to use the golden root serum AND the lotus moisturizer? I think so .. a serum doesnt have moisturizer. You need an eye kit, golden root + one cream of our choice

I recently ordered the Golden Root Renewal kit and I loved the mud facial mask. My cousin spent the night & we had a great time giving each other a facial and our faces were fresh looking and very soft even through the next day. I am wondering if we can order it by itself or if it even comes in a larger container. The whole kit is great.

Sunday morning as I was putting on my makeup getting ready for Church, I was really enjoying my Wei East Triple Lotus Serum. It made my face feel wonderful. I only had a little left in the tube so I decided to put the rest of it on my legs. During the Church service as I would cross my legs, I just wanted to sigh out loud, Oh, that feels so good, but thought I might get a few funny looks. I Love Wei East Triple Lotus!

Love the Golden Root Daily Restoration Serum & Treatment pads. PLEASE make this as a stand-alone product for those of us who use this. I have resorted to using only at night to stretch them out because I don't need the other products in the kits yet. It looks like I will need to go to every other day at night only now. Please ask HSN to sell this item by itself as well as part of a kit.

Please make all your inner lids on your face creams with pull tabs. I have a jar of China Herbal day cream and it has a round disc on it with no tab. It's so hard to get that lid off.

I have been using your products for about 1 month and love the results. The other day, I used my OLD products that I used to use, and my face broke out the next day. The Wei East Products don't clog my pores or cause pimples. My pores look smaller too. Never going back to the OLD again, Wei East only from now on!

Please consider making a small portable product for powder foundation for your purse for touch-ups during the day. Maybe something with a brush and a place to fill foundation powder in the handle? Or just a mini container of foundation powder with a brush that would go in your purse. Thanks.

The Golden Root day cream w/Spf is great, but it comes out too fast in that tube. Could you possibly change it to something with a smaller hole? Tends to collect inside the cap also. It seems thin enough to put in a tube similar to the rice or eyes alive products. Or even a pump bottle would be nice. Thanks.

I have tried everything, but my skin was getting worse not better. I even used to teach skin care, so I knew a good regimine is key to successful results in any skin care line. The things that bothered me most on my skin were uneven tone, dark masking worsening across bridge of nose and cheeks & dark circles under eyes. I tried wei east products and noticed an immediate improvement in texture,tone,and feel. Products are a godsend! THANK YOU WEI! Keep those kits coming!

After trying your new enriched foundation in the sample packets I received, I've ordered it on Autoship so I'll always have some.The coverage is great and much better than your other foundation powder. Also, wanted others to know that the colors are very forgiving. I just received the TS and again disappointed with the White Lotus creams. Even if I put small amounts of the creams, it is just to greasy including the hand and body lotion. The eye cream, lip cream and triple serum are nice. Chestnut firming serum a no also. Back it goes.

For those who find it oily/greasy, try using much less, to the point that you wonder if it is too little to make a difference. You need a surprisingly small amount of product...of course some cannot use White Lotus due to allergies or richness; good luck.

I just tried all the Golden Root products. I can't review them online, because the kit was sold out. I have noticed a difference after trying each product one time! My skin looks smoother and fresher. Love that this line has no smell. Please make a matching eye cream, face scrub or grains, liquid facial cleanser and lip cream. Also a body scrub, body wash, hand lotion and body lotion/cream.

I got my super power kit and I just love the triple lotus serum. I might not need to use the chestnut firming serum anymore because this just melted the smile lines around my mouth. I actually bought this kit for the youth recapture and eyes alive but am I glad that this serum was in this kit. I just got the Age Control kit with the double size Chinese Herbal Daily moisturizer. Love it, it's nice and light. But the container has a round white disk under the lid that you have to lift everytime you use the product and there is no tab to grab, like there is on the Chinese herbal night cream jar. Also please add SPF to this daytime Chinese herbal formula. Thanks.

yes i have been using wei east products for 7 years now and i just recived a new kit and the one item in the collection i was almost out of the herbal face wash was broken and all over the inside of the kit i washed everything off and used the morning eye cream when i call hsn this morning and ask if they could replace the face wash i was told no even though i said i would rturn the broken package and was informed that they were out and could not replace so after 7 years its by wei and hsn! by!

Love everything you bring to us. The picture of your daughter looks just like you! Looking forward to trying your new Golden Root products. Two comments on two packaging. Both the bottom of one Youth Recaptured wasn't glued, fell on the slate and broke the glass seal and the brush handle wasn't glued to the wood on the handle. Maybe you already fixed this in quality control.

Your teaparty memories sound lovely, Wei! I too love the Moonlight fragrance and have been doling out what I have left. A layering set of that would be a real M.L.Festival celebration....would buy it up, hands down! Please?? At least a true perfume? I enjoy so many of the WE products and I am excited to see the TS to come. Thanks for the kits and samples, Wei/Hsn. Products are lovely to use and effective!

Wow...a year has passed and here we are at another Wei East Moonlight Festival. :) I can't wait! Wei...I love all your products I have tried. You really have a lovely product line. I do have a question. Will you be bringing back the Moonlight fragrance you did last October? I love the scent and have been waiting for it all year. Unfortunately I don't see it listed anywhere on the HSN website. Please bring it back. Thanks so much Wei!

Hi Wei! I use your white lotus and was hoping you can make a kit with a cleanser green tea scrub or white lotus scrub or china herbal foaming cleanser and the white lotus daylight perfection cream and the moonlight recovery cream with a lip balm. it covers all the face dont really need anything for the eyes. cleanse, moisturize daily face and lips now that cold weather is on its way and a night cream.
