I have been using your products for more years than I care to rememer and I love them. My favorite is peoni and I am wondering if it will be coming out in a set as a today's special? I also am curious if it is your family that had a makeup line. Twenty plus years ago I used a lipstick that was in a flat case and required a lipstick brush. That was, by far, the best lipstick I have ever used. The texture was moist, it stayed on and the color did not change.

Hello Amanda and Skip, I have used your products for many years and absolutely love them. The bath and shower gels, butters, lotions, hand creams and of course, the black rice are fabulous. White Almond is my favorite but also enjoy Coconut Mango, Banana Velour, Vanilla, Double Latte, and in the winter, Olivarium. Just bought the Lily of the Valley and can't wait to receive it. So glad you brought it back to HSN. I can't wait for your next show. Your products are five stars!!

Hi Skip and Amanda. I've used your products since your first airing on HSN,and love them. I am VERY disappointed however that I can no longer get my all time very favorite Blue Iris. It is the only one of your wonderful fragrances that I was complimented on every single time I wore it!! Can I please have an explanation why we can no longer get the ORIGINAL Blue Iris,particularly the EDT.(I used to buy 4 at a time!)Thanks, and best wishes to you and yours.

I have been a loyal customer for many many years--since you were on another network! I do love most of your products. I used to really really love the old Oatmeal formula and the Jasmine. I really do not care for the new versions and wondered why you changed the formula? I do love the Verbena and my co-worker is in love with your Freesia line. She smelled it after I used the hand cream one day at work.I just ordered her the today's value as a wee gift for her.

Laura in CA, I am like you and like the lighter stuff. Especially in the Summer. The new Milk & Fruit Mousse formula is just what you want. It's light and fast absorbing and not greasy. It absorbs right away. Also there will be a new Lemon Mousse next in the Customer Voice program. You have to sign up now to get it in June.

Can you please design a line that is lighter and not as thick. I have a problem with penetration on my skin. I love your mango coconut line. the bath/shower does wonders for my skin but it seems that the body butter is so thick it not does penetrate.I know everyone loves the thick stlye but maybe you could design a line for us think skinned people. SKIP,this visit one of your focuses were on gardenia and i was wondering how come the body creams were not on sale for the $17.50 like the other ones-blue jasmine,freesia since it was not in the TSV...some of the products were on sale but some were not like the gardenis powder was on sale but i thought when you had a focus that was the time to buy the products because the prices were so good..Thank You

Please do not change your current body cream and balm formulas to Chantilly Mousse. I love the mousse, but I also love the other formulas and really like variety. I also like different formulas at different times of year. Fragrances can also change in different formulas. Add a mousse option like you sometimes have body cream or body lotion, but please do not replace them.

I see that the body cream is available, but I have plenty of this as I am on the autoship shea butter bath cream and body cream. Please bring the treatment butter back in regular shea butter! Don't like the tubes of your Elariia bath/shower gel products. The inside and sometimes outside of the cap gets too messy. I'd rather have pump or squirt bottle bath/shower gel. Upright containers, so it doesn't leak into the caps like these tubes do.

Like the Avacado and Lemongrass scrub but HATE the glass jar. Hard to open and not break while you are in the shower. Please puts scrubs in tubes with a larger than normal opening for the scrub to come out. Thanks.

Please bring us your Black Rice Hydrating Facial Serum on Autoship. Having moved to Las Vegas a couple of years ago my already aging skin became extremely dry making me look even more wrinkled. After trying numerous products which I had to reapply during the day I tried your Hydrating Serum and I love it! Added it to my morning and evening routine and it keeps my face hydrated. Love all of your products but simply cannot afford to run out of this serum. Thank you for such wonderful products.

Hello Amanda & Skip,I have been using your products for over 10 years now, and they work wonders. My husband is also a big fan. He really likes the Vetiver line. Would you be able to bring that back to HSN? If so, that would be wonderful. I have an idea for a fragrance, how about Sweet Pea. I like the scent very much, but it seems other bath and body lines don't make the product smell that good, and they are not as effective at combatting my dry skin either.

I have bought several of the creams in jars. I discovered that even though they are sealed when I opened the last 4 they were all dried and cracked. The 30 day return is long gone. I have no way to use them, so I have wasted a lot of money by 'saving to give as gifts'. If there is a 'use by' issue, you need to put that on the boxes/jars.I'm angry that I have wasted money and embarassed that I gave these as gifts.Use the products immediately,you'll love them. I see a few posts prior to mine asking for Pomegranate, Currant and so on. These are two of my favorites from the FRUIT GELS line you had a few years back. Wonderful bath, rich body cream and yummy powder too! There is NO fruit-only power in ALL of IBB right now!! Please offer more in your Perlier fruit line. Your fruit products are just the best! The smells are always true to each fruit, not a fake scent, and they leave your skin so soft. I never have trouble with the fruit scents, unlike the florals.

I have just received your Lavender items. Not the Honey Lavender but the plain Lavender. It is really great. I usually am skeptical about lavender products as many of them smell so artificial but I took Amanda's advice and tried it. The body cream is especially great. I put it on before I went to bed and still had a light scent in the morning. I have used your products for quite a while and they are great. The new Olive/Fig is good also. I prefer over the plain Olive Oil products.

Hi Skip and Amanda, I know I have said this before, but your Self Tanner is AWESOME. I have very fair skin and blonde hair blue eyes, and I have the most beautiful tan all spring and summer. Dear Wonderful Perlier representatives, I am in DESPERATE need of the Energizing Kiwi deodorant spray! I just love the scent (I have the talc, the body spray, etc.) I ran out of the deodorant and can't find it anywhere. It works so well - my job has me walking outdoors all day and this is the only deodorant I have ever found to be completely effective - and the added benefit that it smells great is superb! The kiwi fragrance is amazing...will you bring it back? PLEASE???

Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me if any of your products are Gluten Free. I have an auto-immune disease called Celiac and I have a hard time trying to find good products. I am in my 40's and the lines are showing up faster and faster. Your black rice line looks fantastic but I cannot purchase unless I know if there is gluten. I watch all the time on Hsn and just wait to see if you will ever say Gluten Free. Thank you for your time, and please consider a Gluten Free line.

I thought the sample packets of black rice that you were giving to those purchasing the today's special was brilliant! Then I thought, hey, that would be a great idea to introduce various flavor to new customers in the same type packaging when they buy a full size product. Let customer choose one flavor packet.

Love the Black Rice products.I would love to be able to buy your products in kits that complete each other.I am 77 years young and firmly believe proper cleansing is the first step to a beautiful complexion so a kit with cleansing milk, toner, double effect night cream and eye cream; or, cleansing, toner, day cream and eye cream. Of course, a very special kit would include all of your products - what a Mother's Day Present - WOW!!!

SKIP!!!!! What has happened to PINK PEONY??? I have been asking this question for OVER A YEAR!! Nobody will answer me and I have been loyal, very loyal since day 1 of your product line. I also know people ask about GREEN TEA. If I had to pick I would take Pink Peony, my husband loves it and he hates perfume. It's actually the first scent he and I have ever both liked. HELP PLEASE!!

I like to switch between the Perlier bath products of olive oil and pink peony, depending on my mood. I went on autoship for the olive oil years ago, but didn't do the same for the pink peony. I am very low on my last supply of the pink peony and would like to purchase more kits of it. Lately I have not seen it offered. Will it be offered again in the future? I hope so.

Packaging dates????? Is there anyway you could put dates on the packages so we would know when they were packages. This way we could rotate our stock. Those of us who are in need of an intervention. Ha Ha. I have so much it would be nice to have a date that I could go by and when I found it was getting close to the experation date i could pass it on to someone in my family. Love the vlog. Great idea.

I asked for Wild Orchids to be brought back. I received an answer there are Wild Orchids products available. True, there are but not the Lotion for the body or hand cream. I have a few of the sprays. I don't like the shower gel because I need more moisturizing in the shower. I live in MN and most of the time need more moisture added to my skin. I don't like the talcs. Those are the only products available.

Hi Skip & Amanda, What about a cherry-almond fragrance? I love the almond fragrance in the shea butter w/almond milk line and I love cherry (which is typically offered with the Banana Velours which is not my favorite)...would also LOVE to have in REGULAR stock the shea butter w/almond milk spray for layering. I hope Skip or Amanda can help me out. I thought that when I entered the VIP program last year,it automatically rolled over to the next year. Well, I just found out yesterday that one must sign up every year. I've been caught up traveling between NY & Florida taking care of my Mom,who has Alzheimers, & I guess I fell behind in doing things for myself. Well, I signed up yesterday, but,apparently just missed the first shipment. Is there any way I can still get it?I can't believe I missed it!!

I love the black rice products, but I have severe allergies to most scents. In the summer even the Black Rice is too much for me. Do you have any scent-free products? Or will you offer a sampler of tiny sizes so I can try the other scents which sound mild to see if they work? Shipping these days is just too expensive to keep ordering and returning scents that don't work for me. I have lots of friends who can't wear scented products, so please think of us. Thanks.

I bought the Olivarium and Fig last year when it was offered as a special. I love it! Subtle, softly scented. You will not smell like a fruit dipped in a salad. I also have the Soy and Aloe and the Honey Chamomile. They are all my favs. I'll probably buy the White Musk too. Thanks Skip and Amanda

To ME that wrote she thought about buying the snowdrop kit, I use snowdrop all of the time so I already have plenty of the shower gel bath products. I figured 2 shimmer lotions, 2 body butters, and 2 hand creams, plus one regular 7oz. body cream it certainly well worth having to spend maybe 20.00 in a few months to get more shower bath gel. just a thought.

I was going to buy the huge snowdrop kit until I realized it only had 8.4 oz of shower gel. Why such a low ratio of shower gel to lotion and body cream? The shower gel will be long gone before there is even a dent in most of the other products. (Just My 2 cents worth).

I Was so excited to see the awesome snowdrop kit that you are offering this month, I had to order it. I have been looking every day for the shimmer lotion sold individually, and when I saw how massive this kit was I knew I had to order it. I will be saving a chunk of change in the end because just a couple of the butters are what, about 30.00 a piece. I adore snowdrop because it has such a mystical scent. It give me a comforting feeling when I wear it.

Hi Skip and Amanda, I don't know what the criteria is for adding talc and edt or body spray to a line, but why does it take so long? I know you probably want to make sure people like the new scents, but I'm sure by now you must know we LOVE Amanda's fragrance, but still no powder or edt. Same with Lavender, NOT Lavender Honey, and I can't find the Almond Blossom edt that goes with the Shea Butter. What's up with this? Please, please powder is wonderful for those of us who live in hot Florida.

When will you be bringing back the Elariia Shea Butter Beauty Treatment Body Butter? Item: 775-719 - This is the ONLY formulation that works on my husband's work-roughened hands - he swears by it and tells all his co-workers about it. It stops his skin from cracking and bleeding - he really needs the consistency of this product, creams just don't cut it. Thanks so much for making fabulous products that actually WORK!

I LOVE your products, your fragrances are so true to the real thing. I am a Perlier fan, and would like more body sprays/EDTs in the Perlier lines. Any possibility of doing a Perlier mini fragrance collection like the Elariia Box of chocolates? I agree with a previous request for more coconut/banana products especially body sprays, and the request for a different fragrance in the shea butter line that isn't a floral, maybe something fruity, or chocolatey? In November I purchased the Wild Orchard and Tahitian Gardenia Diffuser sticks and it was the best fragrance and went throughout my entire home. It lasted 3 months. The others are good but this fragrance is GREAT. When will you bring it back and put it on auto ship. I love all your products but I am waiting to hear when I can expect my favorite back in stock.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Elariia. I was given a wonderful (Wild) Orchid Body Cream an it was the BEST! So, I wanted more Elariia & ordered the Almond and Double Latte kits-SUPERB! I never want to use anything else but Elariia! I rate both of these scents & products a 12 out of 1-10! Yummy & beautiful, soft scent and I get comments on the scent hours after use. I love and use the Sweet Almond collection daily. I have the same question as another customer, Is there somewhere I can get Elariia Florcology Home Fragrance Stick Diffusers in Sweet Almond? I am also looking for the Almond Blossom Scented Body Mist. I purchased it in a kit but do not see it on the product list. How can I get more of this? I have been using your products since 1990 and there is not a product that you have come out with that I don't love. I just tried the Rain Product and love it. When I go out I have people ask me what I am wearing because I smell so fresh and pleasing. That is wonderful to have someone tell you that. Are you bringing anything new in the White Almond which is my favorite. Maybe you could add a touch of Lavender to some of it like you did with the Honey. You two have saved my skin. God bless

Just a heads up to anyone who has the banana velour and shower cream on autoship for 34.95. You can get the same items plus a papaya handcream and a straw tote for 24.50 by ordering item 242656. You really have to check the prices sometimes because sometimes you are not getting the deal you think you are !This is really a bargain if you love the banana velour like me. Is there anyway you could do your big original Almond Shea kit for a today's special value before January? This year you offered it at the end of January, so I didn't receive it until the beginning of February. Winter is the time I need Shea, and by then Winter is half over. Thanks for the scratch and sniff card of olive/fig & olive. I liked the olive & fig but not the olive. I would have never thought of buying this if I hadn't smelled this. I really would like to try the real thing though. Sometimes the scratch and sniff cards are not like the real thing. Please consider sample packets instead. Thanks.

I've opened my last $35 shower size, have 1 talc & a hand cream which I use sparingly. I love it & have memories of my father planting one, lilac bushes, roses, et al. He passed on 8/1/99; I miss his loving ways. Quiet man but so much love he showed by his actions.

I love the vlog! In the past you've indicated that Carnation was in the works. Do you know when we can expect to see it? Like others, I would also love to see a true spearmint without cucumber or fruit. A Spearmint mixed with Eucalyptus or Rosemary might work too. I would also love to a Sweet Orange Spice (like Constant Comment Tea) and Milk & Fruit Orange (like a yummy Dreamcicle!).

Aw, come on. Cucumber Mint does not smell like Spearmint. Besides there is only the Cucumber Mint in the Body Cream, no bath and shower. Still would like a juicy refreshing Spearmint. Thanks for addressing the request.

The video is nice, but people with slower internet connections have trouble watching it. It would be helpful if you had the video and then also listed the main points in writing. I always refer back to what you have said, to see what products are coming up and when, so it's easier to look at it than to play the video over.
