I cooked our Thanksgiving turkey in this roaster. The turkey was Home & Gardens picture perfect! The rack held the turkey off the bottom where the fat is. Lifting the 24lb turkey out of the pan was a snap with the 2 forks that were provided. The pan and rack was easily cleaned. The rack can go in the dishwasher. All in all I am very satisfied with this product.

Great size for roasting everything. Also makes a heck of a lasagna pan for a crowd. Always looks pretty and cleans up like a dream. I use it to roast everything.

It is so hard to find a big pan & a deep enough pan for lasagna, but this works great. I was going to send the pan back but my husband insisted I make him his lasagna. Well the pan isn't going back. Nothing stuck & he came out beautifully. You won't be diasppointed.
