I bought one for myself a couple of months ago and I was so pleased that I bought one for my son and daughter in law for Christmas and they love it! I grill steaks and chicken with no problem and the cleanup is easy. I'm buying another as a wedding present.

Great until I removed the plates to clean. Top plate will not latch back. Unable to use, too late to return.

This is a great grill, especially for the price. Just big enough for 2 sandwiches, and small enough that I can store it in a kitchen cabinet. PERFECT for cooking bacon without splattering! Paninis turn out crisp without burning (just lift the lid to check doneness!).Cleanup is fast with the removable grill plates-- a quick wipe with a sponge and they're done. I have not had a problem with the plates not staying in...READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and you won't have a problem!

Absolutely love this item. The only thing that could make it better would be a temperature control. I use it every day in one way or another. It grills veggies perfect, makes wonderful sandwiches chicken and steaks. Couldn't do without it now that I have it.

Would be great if they had a reostat to control the temperature. I tend to have a problem burning things on this.
