I have been looking for a pan just like this and they wanted over $100.00 in the stores!! What a deal on HSN for this pan!! This is my go to pan!! From stove top to oven to broiler, it is just great. The quality is more than I could ask for, No hot spots, it offers the most versatile cooking options. Stainless steel is the best way to cook. I can do steaks in the pan, add a little wine, shallots, mushrooms and finish it off with a little Gorgonzola cheese under the broiler!! LOVE THIS PAN!!!

This is my first saute pan from Wolfgang and I'm loving it. It conducts heat so well and cooks the food evenly. Clean up is a breeze and it makes me feel as if I'm a 5-star cook.
