I love the searing feature on this cooker. I love making ribs in this cooker. It is also good for stews, etc. It is so easy to clean after use.

I love the way it cooks is great, it will do everything they say, however the cook pan coating dose not last. I had a problem with it bubbling and the peeling up. I called and told them what had happened and they sent me a new pan. I just cooked a rosy in the pan, seri ring it first, and then slow cooking it. And am seeing that there are little bubbles in the bottom of the new pan.

I sent this as a gift to my son and his family. He said that it's the best small kitchen appliance they have. Until this he was in love with Wolfgang's pressure cooker!! You can't go wrong with this for yourself or as a present.

This versacooker works fantastic! Combined with Marian's cookbook for use with this product which I think is fantastic, I have become a better home cook. You simply can't mess up a dish in the VersaCooker!

Pan Chipping... Dirytq, IN Rating 4/4/2012
Pan started chipping after 4th time cooking. This is my second warranty issue with a wolfgang product and I can say that his customer service department is consistently terrible. You have to jump through hoop to get things corrected!
