I've had the same problem as an earlier reviewer: Does NOT get up to temperature OR hold the temperature! I've used an oven thermometer to check the temp, and it registers 50-75 degrees BELOW what it is set for. Don't waste your money on this POS!

We love this oven. Use it everyday, had it for 4 months. Have used the rotisserie with a whole chicken, turkey breast and rack of ribs. Works great, put water in the roasting tray to prevent smoking. Use all the time as a toaster. Cooked pizza rolls,regular pizzas and cookies, cupcakes, rolls, pies and use to keep food warm. Don't know why people are having trouble, operator error probably.Used during Easter,and 3 birthday dinners, great extra oven in the kitchen. LOVE IT!!!

I sent my oven back. I got taken up by the hype because I thought this would help with my Thanksgiving dinner. It didn"t perform as I thought it would.I will stay away from Wolfgang Puck's products.

Does well for small quanities cooking for one or two people. Is easy to use, performs well, and cools down promptly. When used as instruction manual instructs it's great addition to a small kitchen.

The main problem was that the thermostat was completely out of calibration. At a setting of 450F, the oven would not get hotter than 350F. I managed to solve this problem by bending the piece of metal holding the thermostat so that it was further away from the switch that turns the oven on and off. This of course voids my warranty but I didn't feel like sending it back. Use the broiling/roasting rack for heavy items. It held a heavy dutch oven for several hours without any problem.
