Husband bough for me before he deployed, so it was bought early and given to me by my kids about 6 mts later, we got reassigned so I still had not used it. After using it for the first time, it would not work, looked at instructions, it stated to press the reset button, looked for it but there was no button, the button was broke. Does not heat up, nor does the products electrical parts work properly. Called the company and it took almost 2 weeks for them to get back to me, still not resolved.

Deep Fryer... MrsP9439415, NC Rating

Had this fryer about nine months it stopped working. Love while it worked had to keep resetting it and the reset button is in a very bad place under the top part of heating element. Going with another brand this time.

Stopped working after a month... Lnsdq, VA Rating

I loved the fryer at first...but after using it on an off for about two months, it just quit working. I cleaned it and followed the instructions. I hate to toss it but guess that's what I will have to do! I'll look for a different brand. I imagine these products are all made in China in the same building..but it seems to me that famous chefs would NOT want to put their names on products that are not quality products. Too bad. I won't buy Wolfgang again. Lesson learned.
