As with everything of Wolfgang's that I have purchased from HSN, this pan is great! The first thing I made was swiss steak and it came out perfect. I browned it on the stove first with some onions, then made a little gravy and popped it in the oven to cook til tender. My daughter, who usually won't eat swiss steak loved it. Clean up was fast and easy as promised, and I had my doubts at first because of the gravy, but it was just as Wolfgang promised. As with everything he sells, Fantastic!

I love this pan, cooks evenly and is a breeze to clean afterwards. I haven't stopped using this pan as it proves to be versatile.
