DOES THE JOB AS INTENDED. HAVEN'T TRIED A HEAVY DOUGH, BUT FINE FOR QUICK BREADS, AND WHIP CREAM I USE HAZELNUT NON DAIRY CREAMER AND LOVE THE BOWL!

This mixer is very solid and very dependable! It is absolutely the best portable mixer I have ever used. No matter what you are mixing, cookie dough or bread dough, it never slows down. After trying all the rest, I now own the VERY BEST!

There is nothing about this mixer that I don't love. I really enjoy the real slow start-up speed that keeps messes from happening. I have debated on this mixer for some time, glad I finally got it.

Easiest hand mixer from the top of the line brand... soarky, NY Rating 12/28/2011
My old hand mixer died out. So when I saw a Viking one I had to grab it for the great price. Your handand & arm will never tire out. It has great power and speed, I'm sure all your baking will get done in a jiffy.

Had been wanting a stand mixer, but didn't have a good place to store one. This handheld is powerful!!! Very impressive!!! Had previously purchased a higher end kitchen aide handheld that was disappointing. Made sausage balls with my new Viking and it did great! Powerful is the best adjective to describe it.
