The frosting was more like maple fudge than caramel. If it wasn't a food item I would have returned it.

The frosting was grainy--not smooth like I thought it would be. The taste was not bad, but for the price of this cake, I don't think it was worth the money. I will not be purchasing anymore of VeryVera cakes as I am afraid of being disapointed again. Too much money to waste.

This cake arrived in great shape . It is was-Ha!the very best caramel cake I have ever tasted. The cake was moist and dense without being heavy. The caramel icing was plentiful and almost like eating fine fudge. I will order again for a special occasion or when I cannot do without it any longer. I would also like to try her cake with chocolate icing.
