I bought this book for my best and oldest friend who is a chef and caterer. She has used many of the recipes for her home life and business and has told me that the recipes have been a hit. Great gift!

This is a great cookbook. I have been looking for a Meatball cookbook for awhile,per my teenage sons request. I am glad I turned on th TV and found this one. I have already tried a coulpe of receipes they're easy and taste great.

I'm in the process of trying quite a few of these recipes. I did the veggie balls and love them. I'm bring the buffalo chicken balls to a party next week and I have a feeling they will be good also. The thing I liked about reading the recipes is that there are not a ton of ingredients in most of them. Very easy to make. they even give you some side dishes to make which also llook good. I'd recommend trying this book.
