Based on your feedback regarding the rough edges on this product, the manufacturer has reviewed the production process and incorporated improvements to ensure the smoothest edges possible. Additionally, this product is different than other cookware/bakeware products in that it doesn’t use completely rolled edges. This is due to the process required to apply the porcelain enamel finish and to allow for a secure grip needed when handling cookware that’s full and hot.

I usually use roasters to cook during the holidays but these roasters made a big difference! When I cook a ham or a turkey during these events my meat would always soak in its own fat and took a great deal of skimming. The rack that was included with this item saved the day and I now can lift it out before that happens. It is a small thing that I should have thought of myself but once one becomes busy with the holidays, thinking goes out the window. I Love This Item!!!!!
