Just okay... DCDiva20747, MD Rating 4/30/2012
I am giving this 4 stars because it was a good price. Omaha Steaks charges about the same price for 4 fillets not 10. It was just okay due to the crusting not really ever crisping. The crust also didn't have any recognizable pecans as is pictured. I baked a little longer hoping that it would brown and crust but it didn't and I ended up overcooking the salmon because of it. I will try again and follow directions to a tee and see if the salmon is moist as it should be.

Bad, bad salmon... Irish646, NC Rating 4/30/2012
I followed the directions for handling and cooking. The salmon was still frozen when it arrived, so it could not have gone bad. But after cooking the fish as directed, it was still cold, and smelled very bad. I cooked it longer--still not cooked through. When it was finally warm and I tasted it, I almost threw up. It tasted like bad, old fish. Salmon is a light, flaky fish. This was stinky, heavy, and the taste was not pleasant. I had to throw the entire package out. Money down the drain.

Easy & Delicious... Marisie, DC Rating 4/29/2012
I love salmon and this is really good! So easy to prepare. Really low calorie count for such a generous piece of salmon. I bake for20-25 min. and then turn on broiler for a few minutes and brown on top. I add a steamed vegetable or salad and dinner is fast and easy.

Underwhelmed!... BKEL, CA Rating 4/27/2012
This salmon looked so good on tv but not pleased with the outcome. The garlic was a bit too much so I took some off. The crust was soggy, although I just baked it. Maybe if you broil toward the end it will come out crispy. And last but not least, there was a strong fishy smell which was a turn off. Will not purchase again.
