Item arrived with a broken handle. The packaging was horrible. It looked like the manufactures box had been left in the rain. It was then thrown in a large box with no extra protection. I can't believe they shipped this item this way. Glad I had not sent it as a gift.

I'd give this wok a perfect 10*! Perfect shape inside and outside. Perfect weight balance. Perfect clean up. Perfect size. I grew up in the family restaurant business so I am extremely picky about my woks. I am very happy with this wok for my home use. Super clearance price! Thanks HSN.

I cooked some Chilean Sea Bass today in the wok with ginger, garlic, cilantro anda small amount of oil. It cooked very evenly. I think there is no better wok and I have tried many.

WE LOVE THIS WOK. It cooks the food quickly, at high heat, and evenly. The sides of the pan are high enough to contain the food during stir frying. Thanks for making this available.
