Why upgrade?
I am so happy that I bought this pressure cooker I was debating between the Emeril electric pressure cooker which was on special last weekend or this one that I could use it on the stove. I watch all the demonstration but I was not sold with the electric one. After washing the demonstration from Ingrid Hoffmann, I decided to give it a try. You will not regret if you buy this pressure cooker, safe, fast and the flavors of the food is so good.
This pressure works like a cooker should work. None of the "bells and whistles" it just does what it's supposed to do. I love it and want one in a larger size.
You can't beat the original version of some things.
