Great Pan... DCNCYN, CA Rating

I was hesitant to order this saute pan because of my dissatisfaction with GreenPans purchased prior. The GreenPan series in the pots work great, but the fry pans have a sticking issue, and basically I rarely use them. This GreenLife pan with lid has been ideally a green pan for everything. I use it for one egg to whatever and is a breeze to clean. No stick, right on. I wish a 10 inch fry with a clear lid was available and I would purchase it in a second. I highly recommend GreenLife.

I have to tell you, this pan is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! It heats up very quickly and evenly... the entire cooking surface and sides. It preforms like a dream. Clean up is a breeze! All you have to do is wipe it out with a cloth just like they show in the presentation. I also like the darker exterior of this one better then the stainless because this one dose not discolor. I can't say enough good about this pan. I WISH there was a whole set offered in the Green life... hint hint Tod and HSN. :

LOVE IT!... lillylynn, SC Rating

I have used many frying pans, including the cast iron, but nothing beats this. Wish I had it when I had a full house to cook for. I can't beleive how easily food slides right out of it. I love cooking eggs now. Almost no spacula needed. Just tilt the pan and the egg slides into your plate. I will be added more pieces of Green Life to my kitchen as I can.

Love this pan! I was always under the impression that a good pot or pan needed to be heavy in your hand, so when I first lifted the GreenLife pan from the box my first thought was, Oh great, I knew it was too good to be true. The even heating, the amazing ceramic surface, and ease of cleaning has since changed my impression and I'm eliminating the rest of my cookware to replace it with GreenLife. The comfort grip handle is a must have, and I'm hoping there will be additional sets and pieces.

Way BEYOND five stars... BALDIEBEAN, NJ Rating

I look forward to cooking now due to my Todd English Cookware. This pan is beyond wonderful. This line allows food to skate around like its on ice. Clean up? What clean up? It's a breeze. Where has Todd been my whole life. Todd PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE A PRESSURE COOKER WITH THE SAME FINISH. I don't want to use all those chemicals in the other non stick pans. Caution when cooking though. Use a LOW FLAME!!! It heats very quickly.

PFOA is a chemical that is used in the manufacturing of traditional PTFE-based nonstick cookware coatings and other products. It is not present in finished cookware products, and there are no health risks from PFOA in cookware. However, because PFOA has been found in the environment, companies have committed to the Environmental Protection Agency to work toward eliminating facility emissions and product content of PFOA by the year 2015. Thermolon™ is made without PFOA. It is made to be eco-friendly for our environment.
PTFE is a chemical found in traditional nonstick coatings. It can begin to degrade at temperatures over 500º, which is why the instructions on traditional nonstick pans generally advise to use them only on low and medium heat. You can use Thermolon™ on low and medium heat like traditional nonstick, but unlike traditional nonstick coated pans, GreenPan with Thermolon™ is also made to be used at high heat (above 500º) for something you would normally use stainless steel or cast iron cookware for. Now you can do it all with one pan!
