well pleased as always with Emeril's products. I love the iron skillet too! If you are hesitating don't...this is well made and worth the money.

The pans discolor and stick. The cast iron is not seasoned well and needs care. The pour spouts let heat out. I would not recommend these to anyone as you could purchase for alot less and not have to repack and ship back. Kept them because I did not want to bother. Will donate them and start to shop for others not from HSN. I will try to see what customer service says about discoloration.

We moved out of state so we decided to purchase new pots and pans. We decided on Emeril because of the quality and price.

The large cast iron skillet is well seasoned. I did follow the instructions before initial use. Have cooked bacon and eggs and jambalaya no sticking, easy cleanup. The tri-ply pots are wonderful for cooking and easy cleaning. Cooked red beans, pork chops, red gravies. Everyone says its the best red beans I've cooked. I didn't have to keep adding water. There seemed to be no evaporation of the liquid which made the flavor more delicious. Love the measurement on the inside of pot.

I really like the set but the big stainless steal pan sticks. I cannot get it to not stick and I lost the card for the knives so I could not send for them. I really like the sause pans having the measurements on there really helps even with the big pan sticking I would still buy it again there sturdy you can just tell by there weight they are quality.
