I found this pan to be excellent. It is a great size. Also easy clean up. Never been disappointed with any of Emeril's products.

This is a nice roaster. Love the shine although after using and washing the inside doesn't shine much nowand handles. We roasted a leg of lamb and veggies in it. The only thing I think should also be included in this is a roasting rack. Luckily we had a smaller one from another appliance that fits in there just right.
