I was very surprised with this purchase... no matter what i cooked in the pot or pans everything got stuck..i used butter or cooking oil or cooking spray and still nothing! Ive only had it for almost 2 months and so far its the worst so back they go!

i waited for eight months for this product to go on sale. I could not wait to receive it. So disappointed used once and pans are discolored. Did not like fry pans everything sticks. dosen't cook well. I have a stainless wolfgng puck paella pan I purchased at Marshall's which I have cooked tons of stuff in and love looks great cleans great. I will probably send pots back and continue to look for pans. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Not sure what most was talking about, but when it comes to cleaning the pans they clean up very easily. I grew up using cast iron pan, so that may have something to do with having a easy time cleaning. Also if there is any Common sense when it comes to putting heat to new metals, especially stainless there will be discoloration at first but will minimize over time of use. Great set. I have used many professional cookware brands, and this one performs as good if not better than most I have used. The even heating and beautiful stainless look are amazing. I was looking at cookware that cost 4 to 5 times more than the cost of this set, so I decided to give Emeril a try. I am so happy that I did. I paid a fraction for the same quality and workmanship. I am very happy with this set.
