The pan is very nice, I haven't cook with it as yet so I don't know how it cooks. The splatter screen came damaged however I did not return it for I will just take a loss.

I bought this Saute pan and just like all the other emerilware I have purchase I'm very pleased, I threw all my other hundred dollar pots away,they burned and food stuck to them. Emeril is my life saver my Emerilware is half the price I paid for all the other expensive brands I've purchased and they cook and clean just great, and the splatter screen is a plus it is so perfect,my husband bought me a new stove and a splatter sceen and it was a joke. I love emeril

I bought this for a gift but am told they absolutely love it! Perfect size for someone who cooks for a family. Or even more than one thing at a time. My daughter loves it and she is particular about her kitchen. Thanks for making these available! Price was great too!
