Great skillet... 81256, OK Rating 5/6/2012
I have had this skillet for over 2 years and it just gets better. It Is much better than most of the cast Iron you get in your department stores. I have alot of Emeril's products and have never had a problem with any of them.

i've always loved cast iron... and now i have one with the handle. i saw this on one of the cooking shows... and i can't wait to use it!! it'll last a lifetime and beyond.

Iron Clad Skillet... blossom321, MD Rating 3/29/2012
Emeril is a brand and a man with integrity that I always trust. HSN is lucky to have someone who puts quality over quantity and I know this because I've purchased others celebrity merchandise that is way below standard much less high quality. The pan is terrific, although I have a triple-ply set of stainless from another top brand, I still need a good iron skillet. I'd also like a 12" one too. Going to get is iron biscuit pan today. Always trust Emeril.
